Naomi POV
2 weeks later
"I like spending time with you" , Chris said while rubbing my thigh.
I giggled like a high school sweetheart making me silently curse myself. I hate but kinda loved how he made me feel like I'm in high school all over again.

I touched his face. "I like spending time with you too" I said before leaning in to kiss him.
This is NOT our first kiss but not even being cheesy, it felt like the first one all over again. When we pulled away he licked his lips before pecking me one more time.
"You hungry?" I asked him. He rubbed his hands together and smiled.

"Always. You know I'm a Taurus. What you gonna cook for me?" He asked. I looked at him in shock.
"I'm a Taurus too! My birthday is May 12th when is yours?!" I asked forgetting his question. He laughed.
"That's crazy. My birthday is May 5th" he said smiling.
"Now I see why we get each other" I said nodding my head. He laughed and agreed.
"You know..I'm really glad you decided to give me a chance." He said looking at me. I smiled and looked away.
"So what are you in the mood to eat?" I asked trying to change the subject. Chris liked to talk out his feelings, me not so much. But I do have them. Its just that sometimes it's hard to express them. He looked confused for a minute before answering my question.
"Whatever you want to feed me" he said , reaching for the TV remote to turn something on.
"Not too loud. Taliah is sleeping" I said while putting my finger up to my mouth. He nodded and copied me.

I went into the kitchen and got out some t-bone steaks , Idaho mashed potato mix, and asparagus.
"Oh you fancy , huh?" He asked coming behind me , kissing my neck. I giggled.
"Maybe..." I said smiling , while moving the pan around so the butter could spread.
After dinner, I gave Taliah a bath. Chris waited in the living room until I was finished. I tucked Taliah into her bed and made sure to turn on her night light before I left out.
"Did you enjoy dinner?" I asked Chris , walking around the couch to take a seat beside him. He smiled.
"Man that was the best food ever!" He said smiling. I smiled.
"I'm glad you enjoyed it" I said , taking a sip of my wine he brought over.
"Of course. Now I'm ready for Dessert." He said licking his lips at me coming closer. I laughed ,mushing his face, moving him further from me. Yeah I like him and everything but my daughter is in the next room, plus he will not be getting in these panties that easy.
