Dangerous Love

Summary

Shehnaaz Gill is ditched by her childhood lover, Ajay Mishra on their wedding day since he values his freedom more than anything. Heartbroken, when she confronts him about the same, he denies ever being in love with her and shatters her. Shehnaaz wanders off and reaches a jungle at night, unknowingly. She was forcefully brought back to her senses when she found herself caught up between two mafia rival gangs in a shootout. Shortly after, she realises that she isn't alone in this and spots a small child crying and running to save his life. Worried for him, she takes him into her protection and saves him. Reaching a small ranch in the forest to hide, she discovers that he is actually mute and a bond immediately form between them of mutual care and affection. Rahul's brother, a feared mafia, Sidharth Shukla, finds them and misunderstanding her to be an enemy, he captures her and keeps her in his hidden away house in the forest. He tortures her to reveal whose gang she was from and not getting any answer any time, he keeps her there. Rahul, who understands that Sid is misunderstanding the entire situation, he tries to explain his side to Sid but it all falls on deaf ears. One day, when Sidharth was away, Rahul lends her some of his brother's clothes and cooks noodles with her. Sidharth, upon returning home, scolds them both and reprimand Rahul for being too friendly with her. After one night of Sidharth's rival, Prakash attacking them, Shehnaaz protects both Rahul and an unconscious Sidharth while getting hurt in the process. After Sidharth gets up, Rahul explains how she saved his life and he begins to warm up to her, still with a level of suspicion still alive. He decides to test her and makes one of his own underling attack the house and again, Shehnaaz saves Rahul and him. This convinces him that he had indeed misunderstand her and then sets her free from his capture. He carries her back to her house and they become friends. Rahul is then adamant on Shehnaaz being his teacher and finally Sidharth gives in and carries him everyday to her home for lessons.

Shehnaaz begins to realise how wrong her first impression was on Sidharth. She also begins to soften up to him. Not long after, Prakash begins to threaten Sidharth with some pictures he secretly clicked of her and this leads to him burning down Sidharth's home. There, Daksh comes and reminds Sidharth of his father but Sidharth strangely gets annoyed on hearing anything about him because of some hidden secret. Going back to Shehnaaz and Rahul after a next call from Prakash, he discovers that all the pictures Prakash clicked were playing in front the entire community. Shehnaaz breaks down and is insulted by everyone. Heartbroken and embarrassed, she runs home and locks herself in the house. Sidharth and Rahul run behind her and realises that she is about to commit suicide. As she was about to strike the matchstick, Sidharth saves her but her house burns down in the process. With nowhere to go, Daksh comes and advises Sidharth to return home. He speaks to his father who agrees to his condition and he decides to return after a span of five years. He carries Shehnaaz with him to the airport and then goes back to Prakash. Meeting him on a dock, Sidharth kills all his men and shoots him also. Believing he is dead, Sidharth flies to Romania with his brother and Shehnaaz. On the plane, it is discovers that only Daksh knows Sidharth's reality of being the international mafia, Jai Shukla's son. Rahul turns out to be his stepbrother who his father refused to accept and due to this and his love for his mother, he left for India. The condition which Sidharth placed before his father for his return is that Rahul should have his right of being his son. Reaching to Romania and going home, Sidharth reveals to Shehnaaz who he is in reality and a scare come back to her. He carries her to his house and is kept in his pool house with Rahul. Aditi is introduced in the story. She is Sidharth's best friend who is secretly in love with him. Sidharth's mother encourages her to go closer to Sidharth but seeing that he is gravitating towards Shehnaaz, she begins to convince her to make Sidharth agree to marry Aditi as a means of stopping any feelings. Sidharth, on the other hand, believes that Shehnaaz is still in love with her ex-lover Ajay and after promising her all happiness, he flies back to India to bring Ajay after paying him a hefty amount.

Shehnaaz and Sidharth, both respectively assuming that they cannot be together because of other relationships, suppress their feelings and act that they don't feel anything. Shehnaaz, only to show and convince Sidharth to marry Aditi, accepts Ajay back in her life. After many occurrences, Aditi confesses her love for Sidharth but he declines and accepts Shehnaaz instead. Heartbroken, she gets into an accident and slips into a coma. Ajay also leaves due to his misbehaviour with Shehnaaz. Sidharth marries Shehnaaz after bringing her back when she plans(on Sidharth's mother's behest) to go back to India. This creates a bitter relationship between Sidharth's mother and them both. One day, Prakash re-enters their lives and begin threatening Sidharth about Rahul and Shehnaaz. Alongside his growing insecurity with Daksh and Shehnaaz's relationship(unknown to him that they consider each other siblings), Sidharth hires Oscar, a new bodyguard for Shehnaaz's security. Daksh doubts Oscar since he seems too good to be true and warns Sidharth but it all falls on deaf ears. Daksh and Shehnaaz come up with a plan one night to test Oscar and is about to act on it.
