In the Nation of Sultivia, there are 4 kingdoms; the kingdom of Fire, The Kingdom of Water, The Kingdom of Earth and most importantly the Kingdom of Air. Each kingdom controls one of the four elements in the land. In Sultivia the Sky/Air kingdom is the most powerful. It is also where Sultivia's royal family lives.
Liu Wan Zu is the Crown prince of the Nation of Sultivia. Soon he will be joined in marriage with another Kingdom's princess. Lady Rina Mei Zing of the Fire Kingdom.

Liu and Rina have been friends since childhood. The reason for their marriage is to form a peace treaty between the Sky and Fire Kingdom. Even though the Sky and Fire kingdom have always been on good terms, they still will form this treaty just in case war ever breaks.

Their marriage was celebrated with many important guests in the Capital city of the Sky tribe, Xanei. In the Imperial Palace.
Liu and Rina loved eachother and hoped that their marriage would be a happy one.
And so they spent the night together.

They both enjoy taking walks in the royal tea gardens together and spending hours in the library. Of course they also have to rule their Nation, so they aren't always spending time alone together.

"Don't you ever worry about him having an affair?"
One of her lady-in-waiting asked.
"I never thought of the possibility"
She answered proudly.
Lady Rina was sure that she was the only woman sharing her husband's life and bed. And so she never even considered Liu having one mistress. She was too nervous to ask him about it and so she refrained from talking about it for the rest of the day.
That evening she was sure Liu would be too busy to come and see her. He is the Emperor after all.
She had dressed herself in a beautiful navy blue gown. Her sleeves had fox spirits on them and in her hair she wore a gold plaited hairpin decorated with light pink cherry blossom petals. She had worn the same red overcoat as she had on her wedding.
