We meet Again

New dawn, new start. The morning began with a steaming cup of coffee and some messed up pan cakes 😋, eatable for sure. Situations are making me do the unpredictable, but I was hella excited to make some on my own.After tasting some herself, Chia said, "The inexperienced me making this much, made me feel like a Michelin chef ( * huffs*)." Okay maybe I exaggerated a bit, nonetheless, " I said what I said 😏".

Now my dears you will think why my lazy ass woke up early and put in all these efforts. It's for Jinnie, I don't wanna see the drama of her being late for her 'date'. I being the nice dongsaeng, that I am called her since 8 in the morning, her lazy self didn't even nudged a bit. So here I'm eating my not so perfect pan cake, at my not so tidy kitchen 😬 at 9 in the morning, myself dolled up (* clears throat*), myself ready to make the week end productive.

As of a final try Chia took a pan and hit near Youjins' making her startled, to wake up from the slumber. After understanding what just happened, Youjin threw a glare towards Chia, giving her the ' why would you do that look 🙅'. To which Chia pointed towards the clock hanging in the room, which was about to hit 9 AM 🕘. At the moment Youjin's face changes from 'irritated' to 'realisation hit hard' look. She shuffled of herself from the bed throwing the pillows and blankets everywhere, rushing through the house doing her daily routine.................but in total chaos.

" Rush hours in city what? I only know a rushing 'running late for date' Youjin " This being said, simultaneously a very familiar plushie found its way to Chia's head. "What was that for😒?". " You better help me get ready" Youjin looked at Chia with puppy eyes. Even though the request, quite didn't come out as one, Chia fell for the puppy eyes and showed Youjin, her already picked outfits for Youjin.

Knowing about the upcoming drama Chia already selected some outfits for Youjin, while she was herself getting ready *eheem* Dolled up.
Youjin was deeply touched by the gesture, but can't make her eyes watery for the already done eye makeup 🙎. She hugged her an choose a yellow flowery sundress with some minimal puffs. And a pair of sneaker.Chia gave her a questioning look, "Heels may look good, but they do no good if we have to walk, so I decided not to bear the pain of beauty and decided to go with the comfy vibes 😉", Youjin commented. Chia nodded her head in agreement.

" Yaaaa! During my rush I didn't notice where are you going all dressed up, it looks good on you", Youjin pinched Chia's cheeks saying that. Chia giggled at the elder's gesture and answered," Eonnie, since you are going out, I also decided to go out on my own today, maybe towards the University, or some spots I always wanted to visit." "Sounds like you had planned yourself a date Chia-yaa, are you sure you are not dumping me since you found out the Kim Namjoon with in or......." Youjin dragged the sentence with a playful smile on her face, "........ or are you going out with that Sang Tae from yesterday". Chia hit her with the pillow asking her to Shut Up.

Both made their way out of the apartment, on reaching the side walk, they part their ways.

Chia decided to go to the uni to explore, since it will be difficult during the regular days, she must also find a part time job for her. From the University authorities it was mentioned that, she could get part time work within the college, if eligible. So on taking it on note she went to the metro deciding to go to Younsei University. One of the prestigious universities of South Korea. One among the famous SKY universities.

The journey was hard but the result was satisfying enough☺️.

The ride was peaceful, since it was a week day the metro was not in much of a rush. Even though it had its fair amount of people. The journey was short, actually I could take a bus too, but I wanted to reach their earlier, the curiosity, is enough of an explanation, for my actions.

We actually looked for a studio apartment near the University, but it was quite expensive, so Youjin Eonnie came up with idea of living in my current location, and as for the travel expenses the student travel card can cut down the budget. So I agreed with her.

I applied for the Underwood College which accepted proficient international students, I doubted my capabilities but nonetheless applied, because everything is worth a try. And to my complete surprise, they asked for an interview which I attended and was accepted 😁🎊.

I still remember the big grin plastered on my face when I received the mail of acceptance for the exchange student program.

This was my opportunity to leave behind my past and to create a wonderful present. My tutor from my home College suggested to take an exchange program when I told him about my plans to take a break from the studies, from a whole lot of drama that took place. And I never regretted the decision. My very deserving mental break without lagging out my studies, this was a perfect plan.

I reached at the front gate of the sole reason for my present, the gates of the Underwood College. The College building stood there in all its glory, I must say the pictures from Google do not serve enough for its real self. I was awstruck and stood there with wide eyes and a smile of satisfaction and self appreciation plastered in my face.

I greeted the security guard and entered the premises of the institution. There were students here and the but in no hustle, the walk in groups and alone through the side walks of the University. I looked for a map to look around and saw a green board with markings to my right end,some students were standing around. I made my way there taking my sweet time. By the time I got there it was me only. I looked into the guide map in search of my department of Economics.

I looked through the map with a furrowed eyebrows 😕 deep in thought and talking to myself. I didn't even noticed presence of another student right behind me. I voiced my random thoughts out aloud without my knowledge, " Now where is my department in here.......", I hummed with furrowed brows I randomly moved my hands through the map and suddenly chuckled," How did my lazy ass even get here ( *shakes head*), this college is bigger than mine, like REALLY BIGGER", she scoffed," Guess what my life was lie thinking, where I was studying was the biggest University........". After a short silence Chia found her department, a satisfied smile grew in her face, whereas she scolded herself," Yaaa Chia how could you blame your Uni, don't be a disrespectful brat and forget your beginning", with that being said, she hit herself in the head.

It was then she heard a slight chuckle near. That moment she knew she had made a fool of herself, AGAIN, but at a foreign land. She turned her head in embarrassment to see who had caught her in her weird self, praying she wouldn't have to cross path with the person beside her anytime in the near future.

But things are always not in your favour.

She turns to see, the very boy with cute smile from the cafe, the previous day.

To cover the embarrassment Chia bowed and greeted the boy whose name she vaguely remember," Annyeonghaseyoooo Tae-shii......😳".

I'm sorry for being late.
My results for my uni came out...... And I'm not satisfied at my self. So I took a sleep to continue my studies for the next exams.
COVID had f**led up my study schedule......
But good thing after the short nap I somehow got inspired to write my balance part and here it is.

Updates maybe late, but please keep up with me.
