"Chiaa - yaa don't flatter me by through your choice of words, Grandeur is too big of a word for my Humble café".
"Ajhumma the café is sooo grand like its for the celebs only....I could not even afford its sight. its too out of my reach type-", Chia turns to Mrs. Kim and bowed at her, "Ajhumma its because of you I could see it. Really Thank You".
They entered and walked further into the café, while one of the part timer there greets the older woman and eyes her companion up and down.
Mrs. Kim hands over the baggage in her hand over to the teenager, and she asks Chia to do the same.
" Chia yaa you could hand it over to her, these are to be taken in to the pantry".
Chia nods her head and passes it to the part timer. The younger girl eyes Chia up which went unnoticed by both the ladies. Mrs. Kim along with Chia walked into one of the farthest corners of the café. Since it was a week day the café was so not very much crowded.
They sat at a table for two, Chia noticed that the café gave an aesthetic vibes in the corners which will be more quieter during rush hour and a more modern vibe in the front and centre areas. She decided to voice her genuine thoughts to the owner of the said café. " Ajhumma, I must say Whoever designed your café did it really well. I am sure it attracts a lot of people".
" You think sooo...... the interior was planned along with my sons you know as they know the trend of these days. And some of their friends suggested some themes which were later added on. It have come off well, I think from your complement".
"Yes ajhumma your café welcomes people of all personalities. The café accommodates all the vibes and it tries to include all the age group as well."
" Oh I didn't think its soo comprehensively.......is it so? None has ever pointed out that though. And honestly I couldn't get the essence of what you meant".
" Ajhumma since the idea of setting up the café came up with multiple people a bit of their character is included in way your café was settled up. Thus more people give in their ideas more personalities added up into the cafes atmosphere attracting more customers". Chia stops for a bit so she can explain in a way the older lady understand. And then the light bulb goes on in her head.
" Ajhumma think of it like this..........Consider Yoongi giving a opinion for the café he will most probably ask for a quiet corner which offers less interaction with the 'Human world' I may say" Chia chuckled at her own wits, "Now as for our man RM, I am sure he would like it with by the window and with those cute wall plants surrounding him, that helps him connect with the people around but still giving them their spaces. I bet if they ever visit your café the Maknaes will most probably take over the front part of the store that is more modern in its looks as for the Hyung line except Hobi will join the quieter side....... okay let me cut out Jinnie though he may like it up in the front or some where in the middle to connect with the whole fam." " Don't you think the same Ajhumma "
Chia smiled at the older women and the women ahead reciprocated the smile which came out a little off.
" Ahhh now I get it........I think it was good to gather the opinions of many. But hey you haven't tasted our food yet it is good too. People come back for our food ".
" Is that so? Ajhumma can you recommend something that is not so pricey but still popular".
" Yaa Chia the food is on me so you don't get to pay"
" Ajhumma, I sincerely thank you for your thought but I think its not right to make you pay for me on our first meet, so let me pay for myself".
" Ok, You could pay. I know you are not going to give in. Lets get the food......."
With that being said Mrs. Kim called a part timer who happened to be near to the table, she was the one who took their bags in the first Chia thought on watching the approaching part timer. Mrs Kim took in the liberty for ordering for us both. " she asked for an Espresso for herself and an Iced Latte, some muffins and a chocolate mousse for me. I must say it tasted good, I might rephrase....... it tasted great. I actually moaned, if it were not for the elderly women in front of me, I might have continued it a 2 -3 times. I devoured it like I haven't had a meal with Tae just in the afternoon.
" Ajhumma your will the ultimate of what a café should bee in both ambience and food".
" Thank you dear, bye the way what are you doing here. Are you a student?'
" Yes, I am here as an exchange student at the Yonsei University."
" Oh you must be a studious one then, what are you majoring in"
" Me.... I am an Econ Major. But studious is too much of a word ajhumma, Its the only thing I am good at so I pursue it since I have nothing else that I am good enough to brag about."
"Studying is good though not every one can do it. Most of the time children study either because they are forced or because it was only thing they were asked to do and not wanted to do. But for me I never kind of forced my children. It was always up to their choice on what they wanted to do and I am not regretting my decisions".
" Whoaaah Ajhumma you are quiet open minded woman..... Your children must be lucky to have you".
" Nope I am lucky to have them as my sons, but I will never tell it to them in their face, this is cause they will brag about it, a little too much, especially my younger son". Mrs. Kim chuckled as if she just pictured her son bragging about his mother's statement to his friends.
" Ajhumma we might meet again since I am gonna come here again for the muffins, coffee and peace. I must say it again you have a good café for yourself. And thank you for inviting me in."
" Chiaa the pleasure was mine since its been a while I had a companion so young as you...... I most of the time was surrounded by my sons and their father. It was nice getting to know some one new." The younger girl in front of her just smiled at her response it was comforting and genuine one anyone could feel it.
Chia watched her watch and noticed that she had been out for some time now and she must head back home before a freaking out Youjin prints out a look out notice for her.
" Ajhumma I am sorry to say but I think I would have to leave now. I am sure to meet you again when I come in here again". with that being said she bowed at the poised lady ahead of her, who just nods her head I agreement. " I look forward to meet you again Chia...... Let me know when you visit again". With that being said Chia moved to the counter paid for her drink and dessert and since she was generous much decided to buy some muffins for Youjin too.

I know I mustn't doubt her, and I didn't want to. She has been soo genuine in her talks. And none of them felt to be fake or with a motive. I wish I not making a wrong decision here. But from her talks earlier about the boys......... she made it so naturally. Lets go with the flow as I thought earlier. Its not good to over think so lets stop it here.
The phone rings.
"Oh you are stopping by tonight.... Ok I will keep it open then".
