Y/n POV
As I'm getting ready to go to school I hear loud coughing coming from moms room. I go into her room and see her laying on the bed. Her face looks so pale and and immediately go over to her. Y/n: mom you need to talk the day off. She nods and immediately gets up and runs to the bathroom. I run in as well and hold her hair and rub her back. Once she is finished I flush the toilet for her and get her a toothbrush ready for her. I help her stand considering I'm 6'0f foot and moms 5'6. Now she finished brushing her teeth I take her to bed. Scarlett: honey I'm fine go to school. I shake my head and say. Y/n: no school can wait your more important I'm calling Lizzie for back up. I grab my phone and call Lizzie and tell her everything. She says that she will tell the director that Scarlett is sick. I look at mom and she is asleep again. I pull up the blanket and grabs bin and put it in next to her bed and kiss her forehand go downstairs. My phone starts to ring and I see it's my friend Lexi. I pick up and say. Y/n: hey. Lexi: where are you? I sigh and tell her mom is sick and that it is really bad. Lexi: poor scar okay I'll tell the office that. Y/n: thanks. Lexi: no problem okay bye. Y/n: bye
-time skip to 5pm-
Scarlett POV
I wake up and see that's it's 5:12 pm and I get up and start getting changed. Y/n: mom stop. She stops me and say. Y/n: don't worry I called Lizzie and told her and she told the director. I sigh in relief she sits me down and says. Y/n: here let me get you change into something more comfortable. She hands me a oversized hoodie and some sweatpants. She helps me put them on and lays me down. Y/n: I'll be back. She walks out and I get my remote to my tv and start up Netflix . She comes back in with a tray and sets it down on my lap. She got me a bowl of soup and some orange juice. Scarlett: thanks honey. She smiles and kisses my forehead. Y/n: it no problem but mom you need to take more breaks okay. I nod and say. Scarlett: I promise I will honey. She smile and says. Okay eat up I'll just be in my room. She walks out and I start eating.

Y/n POV
I walk into moms room and see her asleep. I grab the tray and set it aside. I turn off the tv and pull up the blanket. I grab the tray and walk downstairs. I wash the dishes and put away the tray and go to moms room again and kiss her goodnight and head to my room and fall asleep as well.
