Back then, I often asked why we were a couple in the first place and why it all went nuts in the end. I used to love everything and I began to learn to live without him. Out of all the things that happened to me, he had to come back. I won't budge. Not after everything I had to go through.

This is random but a strong smell of deliciousness reached my nose. Chicken! Why do I smell chicken? This may be the best dream I've ever had. I've always wanted be at a chicken buffet in my dream.

I took a deep breath and fluttered open my eyes, his striking brown eyes was waiting to meet mine.

"You must've been extremely tired to get knocked out for that long." He said, sitting across from me with a plate of chicken parmesan in front of him. Wait, how did he..We were in the car and I fell a sleep.

I narrowed my eyebrows suspiciously. "Weren't we in your car?"

He grinned, rolling his eyes to the left to point. I slowly turned my head to see a round window with a view of the beautiful blue waters and clouds. CLOUDS?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING IN AN AIRPLANE?!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled at Elijah.

He replied by calmly cuts a piece of chicken, grabbed my chin with one hand and fed me the piece. My eyes widened, I couldn't stay mad at him because the chicken was just too perfect in my mouth. I kept looking at him without saying anything. I was speechless. He obviously still knows how to get to me.

He continued to feed me without saying a word. I reached my tranquility and leaned my shoulder against the window. "I'm stuffed." I grabbed the glass of water next to him and gulped down. "Where are we going?"

"Australia."

"What?! Why?" I gaped.

"I heard you were planning to go so we're going there." Elijah kept his eyes on me without looking anywhere else. He called the flight attendant to take away the plate. A blonde lady came swaying her hips. Is she flirting? Awful.

"Why would you do this? Elijah, I still have things to take care of back in New York before I'm able to go to Australia." Who gave him the right to control the way I do things?

"Everything's taken care of."

"Oh really?" I crossed my chest. "The papers I need to review from the hospital?"

"Already scanned and sent to your email, which you can read over using one of my laptops or iPad." He took the challenge and followed my lead, crossing his arms too.

"My pets? They have a doctor appointment today."

"Their pet-sitter is taking care of them."

"My clothes?"

"I've got someone taking care of that as we speak."

"My phone?" I left the house with just my pajamas and nothing else. No wallet, no phone, no ID's and no money to buy a phone to call for help.

He leaned forward, moving his arms against his knees and folding his hands together. "Don't worry. I've got everything under control."

I pursed my lips. "Oh, I'm not worried. I'm mad. Beyond mad."

"I think I can fix that." His sexy voice whispered to me. In one swift, he grabbed my hand, pulled me close to him and softly touched his lips against mine. He holds me tightly against him. One side of me wanted to crawl away from him but the want for him was much greater. When he kissed me, I felt my life was folding back together. Too soon, our kiss slowed.

I blinked a few times to make sure that this wasn't a dream. Elijah looked into my eyes. It felt the same way as it was years ago. It was something impossible to rise up back to us.

A miracle, maybe?

"Elijah..." I said softly, placing my palms on his shoulder.

"Yes?"

"I just remembered something."

"What is it?" He questioned, twirling a piece of my hair.

"This." I slapped him across his left cheek and left to the back room of the plane, leaving him in shock.
