(Y/N)

I don't know how long I was out or where I was, but when I woke up I was in a huge comfy bed. I got up and saw that I was in a room with gray brick walls, purple drapes over the window, and a balcony which over looked a beautiful garden. I suddenly hear the door open up and turn to see two ugly brown and green creatures walk in and that's when the events of last night came flooding back in my mind. The book, the drunk guys, the owl, the handsome man, all of it. I assume these must be goblins. "Good morning Ms. (Y/N), hope you slept well. The king has requested that we get you dressed and down to breakfast right away," the little brown goblin told me. "Um, I don't know how he expects me to get dressed when I don't even have my clothes here, and I highly doubt your royal highness would have anything that is for me," I said a little sassy. "Silly girl, look in the closet there, and you will find a selection of dresses that his majesty picked out just for you," the green goblin said chuckling. I went over to the wooden closet and saw that it was indeed full of dresses, all looking like something from medieval times. I looked through the closet, most of the dresses were brightly colored, I looked through until my eyes saw a simple dress which seemed to be perfect for me. I was about to undress when I realized the goblins were still in the room with me. "Um would you two mind stepping out so I can change?" I asked. "Not at all miss, come out when you are done and we will take you down to the dining hall," the brown goblin said. With that they walked out, shutting the door behind them. I quickly changed, and then followed the goblins down to the dining hall.

Once we reached the dining hall I looked around and saw that the place was full of brown, green, black, and gray goblins, all of them quite hideous. I looked at the end of the dining table and saw the Goblin King and an empty seat next to him. When he saw me, he quickly stood up from his spot and made his way over to me. He hand changed his attire from last night into a full black royal look, that was shiny all over. Once he was right in front of me, he took hold of my hand and planted a gentle kiss on my knuckles, and I felt the heat rise to me cheeks. "Good morning my dear (Y/N), I do hope you slept well. Come we are about ready to have breakfast, you were the only one we were waiting for," the Goblin King told me. "Um your majesty can you explain to me where I am, why I am here, and when I can leave?" I asked a little bit shyly. "All in good time my dear, but for now we eat," he said as we sat down, and started to eat.

As we all finished, the Goblin King stared at me the entire time we ate, and it gave me an uneasy feeling in my stomach. Finally we finished and I was finally going to get some answers whether he liked it or not. "Alright your majesty..." I started before he interrupted me, "Please call me Jareth," he requested. "Alright, Jareth, why am I here, where is here, and how soon can I go home?" I asked trying to hide some of my nervousness. "Why don't we go somewhere a bit more private and I will explain everything," he said with a small smile. I just rolled my eyes and went with him.

Jareth led me to the beautiful garden that was right below the room I had woken up in. The garden consisted of every type of flower imaginable, from roses, to tulips, to exotic flowers. Right in the center of the garden was a fountain, it was one of the most elegant fountains I had ever seen, at the very top was a statue of Jareth and a teenage girl, they appeared to be slow dancing. I don't know why, but as I looked more at the statue I had an even weirder feeling inside me, not in my stomach but in my heart. Gosh why do feelings have to be so confusing! "I suppose now is as good as any other time to answer your questions," Jareth said snapping me back to reality. "Y-yes I would like to have some answers if you don't mind," I said trying to sound authoritative, but failed miserably. "Heh, you don't have to worry about a thing (Y/N), first off you are in my kingdom," Jareth started to explain. "You mean I am inside the Labyrinth?" I asked. "Precisely (Y/N), you are here because you wanted the goblins to take you away, well you got what you requested, and as for leaving, you may never leave this place," he finished. "But that's not fair! I was being attacked! I wasn't actually wanting to get kidnapped!" I said almost screeching. "Now (Y/N) there is no need to yell, I saved you from those despicable men, and now you are able to live a life here where no one can hurt you," he said trying to calm me down. "But what about my old life! I was happy there, I had my home, my pets, my family, and friends!" I said starting to cry. "Now I am never going to see them again, because you just had to take me back to your kingdom!" I said as the tears spilled from my eyes. "(Y/N), calm down! You should be grateful I haven't turned you into a goblin! You should also be grateful that I saved you from your attackers! Ungrateful thing, you are just like..." he yelled, but then he had the saddest look on his face. That sadness then washed away and became anger, he then grabbed me by the arm and dragged me through the castle.
