Face broke the kiss and rested his forehead against hers.  "Sam I need to know something.  Is this what you want?"  He took hold of both her hands and brought them up to his chest.

Sam leaned back to look at him.  "You're what I want Temp.  You're all I've ever wanted.  I love you."

"Darling I love you too" he said quietly.  He was about to kiss her again when she was pulled from his arms.

"Sam tell us everything" smiled Trixy as she pushed her fiend down onto the couch.

"In a moment" she said as the phone began to ring.  Sam answered it and the tears started again.  "Hi George.  Yes of course we had to mention Andrew's name.  It was the papers he sent you that proved their innocence."  Sam sat and listened while Face came and took a seat on the couch next to her.  She cuddled up into his arms while she listened to George.  "Honestly George I didn't know for sure but yes it was nice of the President to call you personally.  How is Olive taking it?"  Sam listened again and kept nodding.  "You are very welcome George. Now go and hug that wife of yours.  I'll call you tomorrow."  She put the phone back and wiped her eyes.  Bringing her legs up under her body she stayed cuddled up to Face as she began to speak.  She told them all about George and Olive Miller and their pilot son Andrew.

"I think I met him a few times" said Murdock.  "He was a great guy."

Sam nodded.  "If he was anything like his parents then yes he was."  She continued her tale and told them how she had gone to Tawnia in L.A. to get her to help her and then their subsequent visit to Washington.  "We spent two days being sent from Department to Department and eventually we managed to get our file before the President.  After we presented it we were told to leave and that someone would be in touch.  I never dreamt it would happen so quickly."  She turned to Face.  "That's why I couldn't say anything this morning when you were talking about leaving me soon.  It could have all come to nothing again."

Face ran the back of his fingers down her cheek.  "It's okay Sam.  I know how you felt.  It's the reason I never told Hannibal or B.A. about the fact I was looking for evidence too."

"You were" asked B.A.

Hannibal looked at Face.  "How long have you been doing that Lieutenant?"  He expected him to say 'since I met Sam' but he wasn't prepared for the answer he got.

"Since we escaped the Stockade.  I have followed so many dead ends and leads when all the time the proof was locked away in a ranch in Colorado" sighed Face.

"I still can't believe it's over" smiled Murdock.  "But what happens now?"

Face looked at Sam.  "Well I don't know about you but I'm staying here and I'm going to build a life with Sam."

"I like the sound of that" grinned Sam.  She turned to look at the rest of the team.  "Obviously you're all welcome to stay too.  We have more than enough room here and there's so much land that you could always build your own homes if you didn't want to live in here with us."

Murdock looked at Trixy.  "Well what do you say?"

Trixy grinned at him.  "I say we're staying too.  There's a hospital in Basalt so I could easily get work there."

Sam looked at Murdock.  "There's an airfield nearby.  I'm sure you could give flying lessons.  I know they're always looking for pilots."

"That sounds like fun" laughed Murdock.  "Count us in then."

"I could open a garage" said B.A.  "It might be nice to leave L.A. behind us."

Sam looked at Hannibal.  "Dad?"
