Chapter 27: Protect the "Witch"

Rias: "Why were they in there talking to your mother?"

Y/N: "Zero idea"

Issei: "No clue, but maybe Irina actually wanted to catch up and show me she's a chick now"

Y/N: "They never specified a reason for being here, all they cared about when they left is that we were devils"

Rias: "That's fine, I honestly do not know what they're planning"

Y/N: "Is it possible that they could be targeting us?"

Rias: "We don't know but yes, it might be. We'll have answers from them tomorrow"

Issei: "What tomorrow?"

Rias: "That's what I've been told, they'll be visiting the clubroom tomorrow after school"

Y/N: "Well then, since that's settled Imma go to sleep, good night"

Everyone: "Good night" You get out of Issei's room and close the door behind you. You had a lot of questions on your mind such as where was Kiba? What do the people from the church want from us? And most importantly, Who was the man on that dream? More questions than to what you had answers to at the moment.

==NEXT DAY==

Time seemed to pass by so slowly today, was it because I was nervous? Or was it because of something else? Worrying for Kiba perhaps? But the time had finally arrived.

Xenovia: "Thank you for agreeing to speak with us today, my name is Xenovia"

Irina: "And I'm Irina Shidou"

Rias: "It's fascinating to me why followers of God would want to meet with a devil"

Irina: "It does seem random, but here is the thing. There are six swords we can account for, three of them are still with the church, but we happened to know that the other three were stolen by fallen angels"

Issei: "You sure about that?" Xenovia holds the sword behind her back on her hands

Xenovia: "These are from the ones we have left, they're made from Excalibur this weapon is mine. It's called the sword of destruction" 

Irina: "And then there's the one I have here, it's known as the holy sword of mimicry it's an Excalibur mimic"

Rias: "Well, what is it that you would like for us to do today?"

Xenovia: "Stay completely out of it, this is between us and the fallen angels. Let's keep it simple shall we? We don't need the devils of this town to intervene"

Rias: "That sounds like an accusation, are you afraid we'll side with fallen angels and keep you from obtaining the holy swords"

Xenovia: "We know for devils a holy sword is a detestable thing, wouldn't it make more sense for you to support the fallen angels?" Rias' aura began to change at Xenovia's statement

Y/N: "(Oh shit, she's getting pissed)"

Xenovia: "And if that's true we will have no choice but to completely annihilate you, even though you are the great devil's sister"

Rias: "If you already have me figured out then let me share something with you, there is no way I'd ever even think of joining the fallen angels, I would never do anything to besmirch the name of the house of Gremory or my dear brother" Xenovia grins

Xenovia: "It's enough just for me to be able to hear that, I was only relaying the thoughts of headquarters I honestly didn't think that the little sister of Lucifer would be that stupid"

Rias: "Good to know, then you might also understand that I won't provide aid to your side either"

Xenovia: "Of course, I'm sure we will prevail if you promise not to intervene in anything we may do in this town"
