Denzel mixed up the sugar in his coffee while keeping his other hand on the table. "So you both got drunk and had sex in her room after?" Prince asked out of shock.

The two of them were at a restaurant having breakfast. After he left Billie, he drove home to freshen up and called up Prince afterwards.

"That's what happened," he took out the spoon from his cup and shook it a little before placing it on a napkin. For a second Prince stared at him, having no words.

And he really didn't. Denzel was never the type to go for every woman he sees. Especially after his divorce.

"She has a husband. How did you both not get caught?", he looked at Denzel like he had some screws loose.

"He did come by," he nodded his head, taking a sip of his coffee and being amused by Prince's reaction.

"And you got caught?", he muttered.

"No. He tried to fix whatever problems they had going on through the door but soon walked away after realizing that he won't be getting to her at that moment."

Prince cut off a slice of bacon, side eyeing Denzel as doing so, "Did you talk in the morning? Did you get her number or something?"

"Not really. She probably hates me now," he chuckled lowly, remembering the face that Billie made when he mistook her for a prostitute at the last second.

"What did you do?"

"I tried to leave without waking her up, that shit didn't work out and well... last second I mistook her for a prostitute and saying she got mad would be me underestimating it."

"Did she...", Prince furrowed his brows at him while chewing on his bacon, "... ask you for money or some shit?"

Denzel dug a knife into his cream cheese bagel, glancing up at him, "No. She just got so confused on why I wanted to leave and was acting strange. How could I not leave though? I got drunk and had sex with a married woman."

Denzel had a special place in his heart for cream cheese bagels. He loved them.

Just like a certain someone.

"I won't be going back to that hotel any time soon. That's for sure," he added.

"Come on, man. Who will come with me to the casino to watch me get hook ups?"

He let out an amused chuckle and shook his head.

For some reason Prince particularly liked that exact casino. It sure did offer high class prostitutes but that wasn't what he went after. He usually went after women who went there with the thought of getting a couple drinks to cool off.

He glanced around them before bending a little more forward towards Denzel and lowering the volume of his voice, "Was she good?"

"At the table, Prince? Really?", he raised an eyebrow.

"Hey, bro. I always tell you everything about my hookups," he put his hands up in defense.

"Good would be selling it short," the corner of his lips tugged up in a smirk.

"Aye! Tell me more," he almost jumped up from his seat in excitement.

Denzel let out a laugh before shaking his head, "Nah. I'll let that stay between me and her."

Prince sighed, putting down his fork, "Man..."

He did think about it the whole morning. That's for sure.

How couldn't he though?

The way her eyes were staring right into his eyes.

The way her petite figure was laid out completely exposed right in front of him.

The way her mouth could do the unexplainable.

"Do you regret it? Was it a mistake?"

Denzel took a split second to think about his questions. Saying 'no' completely would be foul. Saying 'yes' would be complete bullshit.

"Mmm...", he put his fork and knife down onto the plate since he had finished his bagel. He got a hold of his coffee cup and raised it up, "A mistake that I don't regret. Cheers."

"You're stupid for not getting her number," Prince shook his head.

"She has a husband and you know I don't mess about that," Denzel took a glance at his watch.

He never allowed himself to mess with married woman of any kind. Drunk or not. He knew what it was like to be in the husband's role. And it sure as hell did not feel good.

"So? Shoot your shot. The way you were talking about her earlier says it all. You like her."

"Nah. She's a one night stand and nothing more to me. I doubt that I'm gonna see her ever again anyways. And weren't you the one who told me not to mess with her yesterday?"

"I thought she was gonna drive you into bankruptcy in just under an hour. I didn't know she wanted to pull you in her bed."

Prince wasn't buying his bullshit. He knew Denzel way to damn well to believe him. Clearly, he felt different about her than all of his previous one night stands.

"I have to get going soon."

"Another meeting? On a Saturday?"

Denzel pulled out his wallet and tried to decide on the amount of the tip he wanted to leave for the waitress.

"I was supposed to have two meetings today but I can't make it to the second one. The first one is about some new designs and the second one was supposed to be with our potential lawyer. My deputy is going to attend the second one."

"A new lawyer finally?" Prince elevated a brow.

"It's been months since I fired Kendrick for what he did. Had to work on that sooner but better late than never."

"What's his name?"

"Andrew Edison? Jellison? I don't remember," he shrugged, pulling out a couple of hundred dollar bills.

Prince rejoined by nodding his head before taking out some cash.

"It's on me, Prince. I kind of forced your to come here," Denzel interrupted. "Alright. Thanks, man."

They started walking for the exit while Denzel put his wallet back in the inner pocket of his suite jacket.

His arm reached to open the door, letting Prince walk out first, "After you, my lady."

"Do you wanna go to a club tonight?", he questioned.

Sometimes Denzel couldn't figure out what was going on inside of Prince's mind.

His lips parted open as he took out his car keys, not bringing his eyes off of him, "Was yesterday not enough for you?"

"I can find myself a hookup... and so can you."

"Nah," he let out an amused chuckle. "Yesterday was more than enough for me."

"Alright, man. Call me though."

"Alright bet. Catch you soon."
