30. The spell

I arrived in a cave. The people from New Orleans really had a problem with the caves.

"Where's my daughter?" I asked entering in the cave

Kol's nouse was bleading

"First help me, and then you'll get yo-" Kol began to cough. He spit out blood

"Are you dying or what?" I asked rolling my eyes

"I actually am! And Finn cursed me to remain in this body! If you don't undo the spell I'll die for all and you're never gonna find your daughter!" Kol said

"Okay, I'm gonna help you, but don't touch my daughter! I need the spell" I said

"What spell?"

"Finn cursed you with a spell! I need it! Do you know the spell?" I asked Kol

"If I knew the spell, would I be in this situation?" Kol asked sarcastically

"Okay I'm done! You'll still die, but now, you can change your body" I explained

"Great, noe come with me" Kol said

"Where?" I asked

"To the adress where your baby is!"

"Just tell me where she is!"

"You won't find her! Better come with me"

I got in Elijah's car. Kol got in the car on the front seat.

"Drive straight" Kol told me

We were in rhe middle of the forest. It was around 2 am.

I heared Ella crying. I used my vamire speed to find her.
She was layed on a white blanket. I took her.

Kol was behind me.

"You know, I don't have vampire speed" He said

I didn't listen to him. All that mattered was that I was holding my child in my arms, the safest place from the world.
I kissed Ella's forhead and some tears appeared on my cheeks.

Kol started couching blood until he fainted.

I got closer to him. Was he dead? He wasn't breathing.

"Okay, Rachel, leave the hell out of here" I said to myself 

I couldn't walk away. I wasn't a monster to leave him like that. I put Ella on the white blanket and I sat next to Kol.

"I can't believe that I'm actually doing this!" I said quietly

I leaned over him, putting my mouth to his lips. I began to blow in Kol's mouth , hoping he would wake up. He didn't. I couldn't hear his hearbeat. He died..

I took Ell and I got in the car. I drove as fast as I could without looking back.
My breathing had begun to get heavier.

I stopped the car and I started crying. I let everything out. I got lost in the forest and I had a headache.

Someone was whispering: "Come to me" and some people screaming in pain

I got out the car to see where all those noises came from. Some of you would probally ask why would I do that or if i ever watched a horror movie, but I really had to know what was going on.

I walked a little bit and I saw a lady staying with her back to me.

"Who are you" I asked getting closer

She didn't answer. I put my hand on her shoulder.
She turned around very fast. It was my mother with a grey sking and red eyes

"Your brothers did this to me!" Lily(my mum's name) yelled

Somehow Ella appeared in her arms.

"How did you-" I asked confused but Lily intrrupted me

"Get on your knees, if you want her to live"

I got on my knees

"Now beg me" Lily said taking a knife

"Why are y-"

"I said beg!" Lilly made a wound on Ella's forhead with a knife

"I beg you, Lily, let my daughter to live. Please! She's inocent! Take me. Kill me, but let her, i'm begging you!" I said with tears in my eyes

"Not good enough!" Lily said stabbing Ella with the knife

Ella died... I felt my heart dropping on the floor.

"NOO! ELLA!" I yelled crying

Klaus' pov

I was looking all night for Rachel with Elijah.

*5 am*

I found Elijah's car in the forest. Ella was in the car. Elijah stayed with her
Rachel wasn't far away from the car. She was on her knees ,crying with her head on the cold ground.

Rachel started screaming "NOO! ELLA!!!"

I ran to her. Rachel had a delusion. She was seeing something I couldn't.

"Hey, hey, Rachel!" I yelled trying to bring her back

She was still crying and screaming in pain.
I shaked her

"Rachel!" I yelled that hard that I think all the New Orleans heared me

Rachel stopped abruptly from crying and screaming. She raised her head to me.
Her face was red and full with her tears.

"K-klaus?" She asked  confused still tearing up a little

"It's okay, love, I'm here" I said pushing Rachel into a hug

"El-Ella is-" I intrerrupted Rachel

"Ella's okay! She is in the car"

"My mum... I could've swear that sh-she... that she killed Ella"

"She didn't! Your mother is dead and Ella is safe in the car. Elijah is with her, now. Everything is okay!"

Rachel tryed to get up. She was still dizzy so I helped her get up.

"Klaus I-I'm not feeling-" Rachel fainted in my arms.

She was burning up. I took her to the car and Elijah drove us home.

Rachel's pov

I woke up in my bed. Klaus was waiting for me to wake up sitting on a chair.
He got up fast when he saw that I opened my eyes

"Are you allright?" Klaus asked me worried

"I think so..." I said looking around

Klaus put his hand on my forhead

"What are you doing?" I asked

"I'm checking if your temperature has dropped"

"I know what happend... I did a spell to help Kol and that made me see wierd things that weren't real" I realizated

"Help Kol?"

"He took Ella. If I wouldn't have helped him, he'd killed her" I said

"I'm just glad that you're okay!"
