My eyes began adjusting to the lighting of this room. Waking up was slightly weird, the ceiling indicated that I was in a different surrounding than the hotel. The thought made me jump up, alarmed. I looked around examining the settings around me.
Wood was everywhere, a bunch of candles where hung on the wall. I happened to be in a giant fancy room. It seemed like a bed room, with an extremely large king sized bed. Seeing to how I was on the floor, I stood, and my heart started aching in pain.
What the hell was this? I got shot in my heart. I should be dead, but instead I'm in a random room, and I don't think I'm even in New York.
I moved cautiously to the wooden window and looked out of it. Grass was everywhere, a pond even. Hundreds of trees formed a barrier around this building. If I didn't know any better I would say I went back in time. But this may just be my own personal hell, considering I'm suppose to be dead. The door to the room swung open and a man walked in. The large door shut behind him. He stared at me confused. I was scared. This man looked very intense and seemed very dangerous. He was in black pants, and a black flowy shirt.
"But you are a human. What are you doing in my room?" He asked. "What are you wearing?" A flash of realization hit his face. "No. Not again. Gaurds!" He yelled.
Within a second gaurds were by my side. I didn't even see the door open, how the hell did they do that. "What do you want us to do with her sir?" The one on my left spoke first.
"Take her out of my room, I need to get dressed, then we're gonna take a trip to my father." The man spoke.
The gaurds dragged me out of the room into the hallway. The hall way unique, mostly stone. The floor was definitely stone. Along the walls were unlit candles, and then windows filling the corridor. The gaurds weren't holding me anymore, so I took the opportunity to look out on of the windows. Straight across there was another half of the building, creating a square. I looked down to the ground and saw nothing but grass, and a few children playing.
"Step back." The gaurd said, and I followed his instructions.
"If you don't mind me asking what year is it?" I asked, thinking to myself that I must sound really retarded to them. "Okay then, where am I?" Still no answer.
The large door opened behind the gaurds, and the man came out in a black suit. He looked pretty attractive not going to lie.
"Let's go." He ordered, and the gaurds turned and stared at me. Catching the message I started walking behind the man. We walked down the hallway. Passing many girls, that were dressed like maids. What the hell was going on. We strolled down a dark staircase, and got off on the first floor. Continuing to walk down the hall, the man stopped right infront of a room. He knocked on the door, and automatically it opened revealing a woman. She was in a long blue dress.
"Lord Grayson. What can I do for you this fine morning." The woman spoke, finally giving me the name of this man. Grayson.
"She appeared in my room. I must take her to my father. Dress her, in something more appropriate for his presence." He talked of me in disgust. How rude, I mean I am standing right here.
"Come in dear. Don't worry I don't bite." She smiled and I seen tiny fangs in her mouth. I entered the room, I had no other choice. The woman closed the door behind me. This room was filled with clothes, and other people with measuring tape around their necks. They're Taylors. "I'm Elinore. This is Frank," she pointed to a man with glasses, "and this is Elizabeth." She pointed to a girl in a tiny sunflower dress.
"Hi." I said shyly. They giggled at me and looked back at Elinor.
"Frank draw the bath. Elizabeth I need a nice dress for her to wear, she's going to go see the King." They nodded, and speeded off. Leaving me with Elinor. "Take off your clothes."
