"Where did Wil take that kid," Phil was muttering, pacing across the floorboards of the old, rotting shack, "Who knows what will happen if that boy dies."

"We'd probably be done with our punishment," Techno added in, sitting on a stool in a corner, "Because we just have to take care of the boy."

"Exactly!" Phil spinned around to face the pink haired man, "We have to take care of him. What happens if we do a bad job? A worse punishment maybe."

"What's worse than taking care of a human, no, gremlin child?" Techno sat up a bit, "an orphan no less."

Phil sighed, "Techno," Phil resisted the urge to facepalm.

"What?"

"I've already told you, he's not an orphan," Phil sat down beside Techno, on the floor, "We're technically his parents." Techno scoffed.

"And," Phil continued, "Because Wilbur is having such difficulty with this, he would very much do something... drastic."

"That is Wilbur for you," Techno looked over the messy shack before wrinkling his nose in disgust. The room was so... blah, that Techno regretted his choice to look around. If only they could move. But first, the quartet had to get a house. Techno really just wished he could get this over with.

"They've been gone for hours," Phil continued, getting back up, "Like, what if something happened?"

"...are you even listening to me?" Techno asked the eldest god.

"And what if they get kidnapped!" Phil continued his rant, answering Techno's question. The Blood God sighed and got up as well. Might just stop this panic in Phil. He left the shack, knowing full well that Phil wouldn't even notice if he told them.

Techno walked in the forest, not actually sure where the two would have gone. Wilbur, if he actually had left with the boy, probably had some malicious intent. Right? I mean, the god of insanity didn't actually like many people, and being alone with him could be a death wish.

After about three hours of walking, he could hear laughter in the distance. One was distinctly Wilbur's, minus the insanity that Techno was so used to. He hadn't heard Wilbur's laughter like that since he was a young godling, before he even knew he was the god of insanity. Then there was laughter Techno didn't know, which was worrying. Normally, if Wilbur was laughing with someone, it was due to him making them go absolutely bonkers. Techno started to move faster, knowing this was a full-on Phineas and Ferb busting moment.

Techno slowed his pace as he got to the edge of a clearing, soon he was at the line of trees.

In front of his very eyes was his insane, hasn't had normal fun, brother playing some form of catch with the grumpy gremlin his brother claimed to hate about half an hours ago.

"What the," Techno muttered under his breath, disbelief flickering across his most often stone-cold face. This was mind blowing, Wilbur hasn't improved a relationship (other than making someone insane, which doesn't count) in about 1 millennia.

Wilbur looked up towards Techno as the other stayed as still as possible. Normally someone would dart, but Wilbur wasn't looking for bright colors (Like pink). No, Wilbur looks for movement. Wilbur is very much unable to look for bright colors due to a curse he was born with. Every color is duller and a greyish color to him, and from this distance, Wilbur wouldn't be able to see him.

Wilbur was cursed with this when he was starting to come to existence as a godling. Somehow, a group of cultists found the twin's birthplace and cursed the two in hopes of waking up this supposed lost god. Wilbur loosed his chance to see color normally and Techno got his irregular features, like his ears and teeth.

Anyway, Wilbur looked away and up to the son, shielding his eyes from the harsh rays. Even if he was a god, those bright rays hurt terribly bad.

"I think it's time to go back home," Wilbur looked over to Tommy with a smile, "Sorry to cut the fun."

"Awwww," Tommy groaned.

"Hey, at least we can start getting supplies for our grand fort!" Wilbur picked up the kickball he magically summoned, threw it into the air, and it disappeared through a portal.

"Okay!" Tommy bounced around a bit, not used to having so much fun ever in his life.

Meanwhile, Techno couldn't hear the duo's conversation due to being so far away, plus the shouting of some of the voices today. They were so sucky. Am I one to judge? The narrator is a voice after all. But Techno knew that Wilbur put the football through a portal, signifying that they were probably leaving. Best Techno make it there first, as to not cause suspicion.

The duo and the lonesome boar both left the clearing, with two different sides to the story today.
