Phil definitely knew something was up. Wilbur was just worried what his "dad" knew. So he kept a low profile. He was meant to be pouting, not caught dead liking the mortal boy.
And so Wilbur pretended whenever his brother and father were there. Tommy, luckily, caught on to what Wilbur was doing, or else he'd be confused on why Wilbur suddenly didn't like him. However, whenever the two other gods were gone, Wilbur and Tommy went to their meetup spot, now dubbed "L'manburg". They both thought that they were the only people who knew where it was, and thus spent a lot of time in their L'manburg, slowly growing reckless. Soon enough, even Phil had an idea of where they ran off to.
Meanwhile, Wilbur and Tommy's fort was being, well, fortified. They had sharp fences, and a nice looking fort. Some, including Wilbur, would say it was nicer and neater than the shack they lived in. Tommy would deny all.
On the topic of the shack they lived in, the three gods definitely cleaned it up for them to be housed in. Not to mention, Phil got a job and they were using offerings to survive and thrive. He was planning on saving up to an actual modest home, instead of a three-roomed shack. He knew that their actual jobs probably stunted progress, but it was probably finnnneeee.
Tommy, on the other hand, was actually starting to warm up to the gods. He clearly warmed up to Wilbur, with their secret friendship continuing on, growing stronger everyday. And he couldn't help but start to slowly trust Phil's big smile. The man didn't really get much time to actually talk to the boy, but Tommy kind of starting talking to him without his side of the conversation being completely made of sass. Technoblade, however, was a different story. His aura freaked out the gremlin too much, and so Tommy vouched to keep his distance.
All in all, things were starting to go good for the gods, their secret was safe.
"OH WILBUR~"
A man with horns similar to a goat protruding out of the sides of his head practically bust the door open (Luckily it didn't break).
Phil sighed as a small boy followed the other, this one having small bumps you could call horns growing at the top of his head. He smiled sheepishly at Phil, a sorry look in his eyes.
In a separate room, Wilbur groaned at the sound of the voice, as Tommy felt his intrigue grow.
"Who's that?"
"My rival." Wilbur responded, the smallest amount of sarcasm in his voice.
