Ian POV
I walked down stairs to hear the tv blasting with an exercise show my mum likes to do in the mornings . It kept blasting with words like,
"Alright, let me hear you say I'M A MIGHTY WARRIOR!!!" So then my fun screamed
"I'M A MIGHTY WARRIOR!"
I awkwardly stood there.
"Mornin Mom!" and with that, Blazey rushed out of the kitchen and crushed me to the ground, while continuously licking my face. Mom quickly got up and turned off the tv and grabbed her spray water. She started spraying water at Blazey.
"Oh! Blazey! Down!"
"Bad Dragon" Blazey breathed out fire blasts but mom quickly squirted them out.
"Now back to your lair!"
I soon hopped up and brushed myself off.
Mom chuckled and soon said
"Happy Birthday Mr Adult Man!!" She was kissing all over my face. I was swarming around trying to break free.
"No mom!" I said finally breaking free. I stepped back rubbing my cheek.
"Hey! Dont wipe off my kisses!" She smiled. She stopped and looked at the sweatshirt I was wearing. I was confused.
"What?"
She smiled happily, "Your wearing your dads sweatshirt!"
"Oh you know, it finally fits"
"Awww my little chubby cheeks has all grown up" She was leaning in for another battle of kisses. I squirmed around and avoided it.
"Ok ok mom, I got to eat something before school!"
She laughed as we walked into the kitchen.
"Ah, we dont have much food I still have to go to the grocery store" She said picking up her pink water bottle and tipping the old water in the sink.
I walked the fridge and opened it with Blazey dancing around me. Then I spotted yummy eye rolls on the second shelf. I was reaching to grab one when mum slapped my hand.
"AH! Hands off mister, those are for your party tonight!"
I rolled my eyes and grabbed the milk carton from the side shelf. I chuckled.
"Its not a party mom, its just us"
Mom started putting in ingredients into the blender.
"And Ameria and her brother"
"Oh yeah" I said grabbing a bowl and some cereal out of the cupboard above me.
As I was pouring cereal into my bowl. Mom looked at me and said
"You could invite those people from your science class"
"You said they seemed pretty rocking"
I started pouring some milk into my bowl with cereal in it
"I'm uh, pretty sure I didn't say it like that, and besides I don't even know them"
Mom placed her hand on the kitchen bench, "Well your birthday a day to try new things, be the new you!" She was about to start the blender.
Mom started to yell over the blender as it roared. "SPEAKING OF NEW THINGS, DID YOU SIGN UP FOR DRIVING PRATICE!?"
I yell over the blender "NO! Uhh, khm no"
