The rules are simple. There will be three rounds of rating. Each round I will rate whatever oc you made, and give points for how good it is. Each round you need to get at least the bare minimum of points required to move on to the next round. There are three rounds, each with its own set of rules. If you succeed in round three you are crowned the oc master! And get your name put in the wall of fame. I will also give you some advice and such. Now let's get to it!
