Second Chance

The next day

Bonnie waited patiently outside of the door after pressed the doorbell. She was looking towards the garden while her back turned at the door. She turned around when she heard the sound of unlock. Bonnie looked at the person whom she wants to be with.

Daniel was looking at the photos of Bonnie and him when he heard the doorbell. He shut down his laptop and went to check the door. When he opened the door he caught the glimpse of red hair. He immediately knew it is none other than Bonnie.

When Bonnie turned she saw a pair of ocean blue eyes looking into her eyes. She softly smiled at him.

"Hi Dan!" said Bonnie.

"Bonnie. Are you really here?" Daniel couldn’t believe in his eyes.

"No. My ghost is here. Of course I am here idiot." said Bonnie laughingly.

"Why are you here?" asked Daniel.

"Can I come to my home? Did I have lose the chance to meet you?" asked Bonnie.

"No. And you will never lose the chance." said Daniel. "Come in."

Daniel let her to come inside.

"You still didn’t clean the house?" said Bonnie in disbelief.

The house is exactly same as she left that day. Totally messy.

"No." Daniel looked embarrassed.

"Don’t worry. I will clean this." said Bonnie.

"You didn’t here to check the house and clean it right?" said Daniel after a moment later.

"Can we talk Dan?" asked Bonnie.

Daniel nodded and sat on the sofa.

"I am sorry. I know I was being an idiot to not trust you and listening to you. Please forgive me for doubting you and not trust you." said Bonnie.

"Hey. It wasn’t your fault. I accidentally hurt you. If I told you about those maybe this topic ended up early. And we didn’t even break up." said Daniel looking at her eyes.

"But still." Daniel interrupted her.

"Look at me. You remember when I hurt you during the 3rd HP film." Daniel continued when Bonnie nodded. "I made a promise that I won’t hurt you again. Gosh it’s hurt to see you crying." Bonnie chuckled and wiped her eyes.

"But still I hurt you. I know Bonnie you felt terrible at that moment seeing me like that. You were sad and angry that's why you didn’t listen to me. If I was in your place I would do the same. So I am sorry. Please forgive me." said Daniel.

Bonnie looked at him and saw the truth and the pain in his eyes. Instead of saying anything she kissed him. Daniel was surprised but immediately return the kiss.

When they broke apart both were breathless. Daniel placed his forehead on Bonnie's.

"This means you giving a second chance to our relationship?" whispered Daniel.

"Yeah. But remember if you hurt me in future I will never give you another chance." said Bonnie.

"I will never dream of doing that." said Daniel.

They shared another passionate kiss.

"I love you Bonnie."

"I love you too Dan."
