Birthday Celebration

17 February, 2003

It is a bright sunny day. Bonnie was sleeping when her alarm rang. She groans and turned off the alarm. She suddenly remember today's date." It's my birthday. " Bonnie thought. She quickly get up and went to the washroom to get fresh up. While she was getting ready a thought across her mind."Why nobody yet wish me?" Bonnie thought. Usually her whole family wish her in the midnight. And last year Dan, Emma, Rupert and the Phelps twins wished her in the morning abd they also went outside to celebrate. But this year nobody yet wish her.

After getting freshen up she went downstairs and saw her family is in the dining table. "Good morning, Bonnie. " greeted her mum." Good morning, everyone. " said Bonnie. " Have you slept well, dear?" asked her dad. " Yep." replied Bonnie. " Now sit down. I will get you breakfast. " said her mum. While eating the breakfast Lewis asked Bonnie, "Hey, Bon. Do you want to go for swimming today?" Bonnie thought a while and replied,"Okay."" You children go and enjoy. Me and your mother have some works to finish." said her dad."Alright." said both Bonnie and Lewis.

After finishing swimming Bonnie and Lewis are going back. "I had a lot of fun today." said Lewis excitedly. " Yep. Remember I won the race." said Bonnie. " With cheating. " added Lewis. " Hey!" Bonnie protested. " I didn't cheat. I just distracted you." " It's call cheating. " argued Lewis. They continue this argument till they reached their home. When they arrived they saw the lights are off."Why is the house is so quite and dark?" asked Bonnie." I think mum and dad are not home yet." replied Lewis. "Let's go inside." he suggested. " Yeah." said Bonnie. When they entered the lights suddenly on and everyone screamed,"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BONNIE. " Bonnie was surprised. She didn't expect it. "You guys planned it!" she asked her parents. " No. Dan, Emma and Rupert planned this surprise party." said her mum." Well it basically Dan. Me and Rups just helped him." said Emma. Bonnie looked at Dan and said," Thank you so much. It is one of the best surprise." Bonnie said. " Don't thank me. You also did last year in my birthday. And you are my best friend so you deserve it." Dan said smilingly. " I thought you all forgot my birthday. " Bonnie said." No, we didn't. Dan told us to pretend that we forgot. And told me to take you out so that they can arrange the party." said Lewis. "Thank you for being here." said Bonnie. "You are like our daughter. So we have to be here." said Mrs. Radcliffe. " Oh it means a lot Marcia." Bonnie replied sweetly. " Now enough of this talks. Let's start the party." said Dan. They enjoyed the party so much. Emma brought Bonnie's favourite chocolate cake. Slowly everyone starting to go because it was 10 pm. Lastly when Dan was leaving Bonnie hugged him. " Thank you for arranging this party. I enjoyed very much." whispered Bonnie."I am glad you liked it." said Dan.  "Liked it! I loved it." said Bonnie happily.  After sharing good nights Dan and his family left. When Bonnie went to sleep she had a big smile on her face.
