Meet C.I.R

Nine months pregnant Bonnie was trying to get some sleep at noon. She cannot sleep at night because of the recent activity of baby. But today she feeling restless from the morning. She don't know why. After laying on the bed for 15 minutes when she cannot get sleep because of the sharp kick of the baby she decided to get freshen up. Daniel is downstairs for filming some video for a channel.

Bonnie slowly got up from the bed and went to the washroom. She stood in front of the mirror. There is dark circles under her eyes. Her hair is looking messy. But it don't bother her when she thought there is a baby growing inside her.

Bonnie's thoughts interrupted by a sharp kick on her abdomen.

"What happened baby? Why are you kicking mummy so hard?" asked Bonnie.

The baby again kicked hard. Bonnie felt very pain in her abdomen. She flinched at pain. When the baby again kicked Bonnie felt her water break.  She looked horrified.

"Dan! Dan." Bonnie yelled. There is no response.

"Daniel Radcliffe." Bonnie yelled at pain. She heard footsteps.

"What happened?" asked a breathless Daniel. He looked at Bonnie and his eyes widened.

"My water broke." replied Bonnie.

"What?" asked Daniel.

"Don't you get it? We have to go to hospital." Bonnie felt another pain.

"Ok. Where is the bag?" a Daniel started to moving around nervously.

"It's under the bed. Now can we go?" Bonnie cried in pain.

Daniel placed his hand around her waist.

"What if I am not ready yet?" asked Bonnie nervously.

"I am also not ready. Hell no one is ready to be parents. But we will manage. Come on." Daniel helped Bonnie to get on the car.

Daniel rushed towards the driver seat and get in. He drove towards the hospital.

Daniel pacing around nervously. He run his trembling hands throughout his hair. He tried to ignore all the negative thoughts coming on his mind because of the cries of his wife.

Suddenly Bonnie stopped yelling. Daniel stood at silence. He felt everything was so quite. Suddenly the silence was broken by the crying of the baby. Daniel sighed at relief.

"The baby is okay. So is Bonnie." Daniel thought after hearing his wife sound. He waited patiently for the midwife.

"Mr. Radcliffe." said Ashley, their midwife.

"Yes." Daniel turned towards her.

"Congratulations it's a girl." said Ashley.

"Really! Can I meet them?" exclaimed Daniel happily.

"After doing the Covid test, we will shift them into a room then you can meet them. And you should also do a test. We don't want to get infected the baby." suggested Ashley.

Daniel nodded. "Thanks a lot."

"Welcome. And congratulations once again." Ashley left him for doing the test.

After getting negative for the test Daniel went to the room where Bonnie and their baby is staying.

When he entered he saw a nurse was checking Bonnie. And he saw her. The baby girl is in Bonnie's arms. She is in wraped in a white towel.

"Hey!" said Bonnie without removing her gaze from her girl.

"Hey. Are you okay?" asked Daniel.

"Yeah. Here meet your daughter." Bonnie handed him the baby.

Daniel carefully placed her in his arms. There she is laying on his arms. Sleeping peacefully. Suddenly she moved and opened her eyes. It is ocean blue like her parents. She got her mother's hair. Red hair.

"Hey there. I am your daddy. I promise you that you will be our princess. I will never let anyone hurt you." said Daniel.

"And I am your mummy. I will love you so much. And I already love you." said Bonnie.

They looked at her. They already know that they will do anything for her. Because it’s their child.

"Excuse me sir. Have you decided the name?" asked the nurse.

Daniel looked at Bonnie. She nodded at him smilingly.

"Yes." replied Daniel.

"Then tell me." said the nurse.

"Carina Ivy Radcliffe." Daniel looked at his daughter, their daughter.

"Thank you Bonnie for giving me another purpose of living." Daniel softly kissed her.

"Thanks to you too for giving me such a princess." Bonnie returned the kiss.

"Thank you for stepping in our life." said Bonnie.

Carina looking at her parents confusingly. Slowly she again drifted to sleep. Bonnie and Daniel chuckled.

"I love you Bonnie."

"I love you too. And you too baby."
