When I woke up I couldn't see anything for a little while, my eyes felt as if they had scratches on them so it was harder for me to open them. The first this that I could feel is my hands, I started to wiggle my fingers trying to feel were I was. I could tell that I was on something soft, I was sinking into it. I started to open my eyes a little bit at a time. At first the light blinded me and then I realized that I wasn't staring at the light, I was staring at Emilia. Nothing has changed since that weird random person beat me up. I still loved her, and I still feel bad for what I said to her. I never meant to actually call her stupid. I never thought she was. She was smarter than me.
When I looked at her I had no clue what to think. She looked different, she was wearing this outfit that looked like she stepped right out of the TV show Charlie's Angels, her red hair looked like it was on fire, but her eyes were the most painful thing to look at. She looked guilty, confused, sad, angry, so many emotions mixed in one that I couldn't even list them all. The last time I saw her she was in pain, because of me. Now it looks like she became this person, but this time I don't know why. I started to look around the room, but my eyes just came back at Emilia. I don't know what to say to her.
"Hi," I said still confused about what was going on.
There was a kid on the ground with a slash on his stomach. I had no clue why he was there or even who he was. Emilia looked down at him and he looked up at her. Suddenly I got why she looked so guilty, something happened between those two, what happened? I couldn't help but get upset. My hands turned into fists and my eyes turned into a glare, but I was glaring at Emilia. The girl I loved cheated, just because I went into a coma. And who is this other person treating to the guy on the floor. The guy who was caring for the guy on the floor picked him up and went up to Emilia.
"I will leave you too alone for a while, and I know what happened here between you and Jonny," The guy started saying, "I thought you loved Eric."
Emilia started crying.
"I do love Eric, it just happened, I turned, turned," And after that she whispered something that I couldn't exactly hear.
"I don't believe you," I called out breaking up what those two were saying.
"Oh my, you know." Emilia said looking worried.
"Yes it wasn't that hard to figure out." I said glaring at her still.
The guy walked out caring the other guy. I really need to learn their names, if I stay. I don't know what to do, I loved her so much and I have been waiting for her to be mine since the day I met her, but this was too much of a thing to forgive. How am I supposed to know that she won't always do this? Emilia started walking up to me, I had no clue what she was wearing, I actually hated it. Her hair calmed down a bit, it looked as if it was alive. She was still crying somewhat.
"Hi trader," I said staring at the wall.
"Eric I am so sorry," She started to apologize.
"Shut up and let me talk," I said, the look on her face looked as if I just stabbed her in the heart.
"How could you Emilia, I told you I love you, does that mean anything to you, seriously, I love you and you said you loved me back, well going around doing whatever you did to that guy does not equal love, it just doesn't!" I yelled at her.
"You don't even know what happened." She said.
"Do I need to?" I said turning away from her.
"Yes you do because you can't just go thinking that I cheated on you. I love you Eric, weather you choose to believe that or not I do, all I did was kiss him." She said as if it was no big deal.
"That's what you say."
"Eric it's true, it was one meaningless kiss, I love you, only you," She said holding my hand.
I wanted to tear my hand away, I wanted to never forgive her. But I do, for one crazy reason I do forgive her, I don't really trust her right now, but at least I forgive her. I put my other hand on-top of hers. After I did she cried into my side. I didn't know what to do, obviously she was sorry for what happened, and that's why I forgive her. But I still hated what she was wearing.
"Emilia, hey listen I forgive you, but you will have to do me a favor," I said looking into her eyes.
"Sure anything," She said trying her best to smile like everything was fine.
"Burn that thing that you are wearing," After I said that she laughed a little.
"Why do you hate it so much? She asked raising an eye brow.
"Because it's too distracting, some other guy might try to steal you away from me," I laughed.
"I'd like to see them try," She said, but she still had sadness in her eyes.
I didn't know why she was so sad, there was something she wasn't telling me. I wanted to know what it was, but I wasn't going to ask her now. Right now she was in my arms, something that I have been wishing for since I met her. All I could remember right now is how I used to wish for her to like me, but I got everything I wished for, she said she got everything she wished for, but there was something more right now. Something not right, like this glooming shadow that wants to take her away from me. Someone or something is trying to take her away, and she is letting them. She told me how when she was little she would always care about what people thought about, and how when she felt alone, like no one would ever love her. I think she is going back into that dark place, but it is worse this time. Way worse. But this time someone will save her, and that person will be me.
