Chapter 20: Eric

I still had to hang out with Emilia and everyone else, because Robert is still trying to get to me. The only down side is that whenever Emilia's soap operas on she has to blast music in our ears, at least I told her what my favorite song is, and now she plays it for me. She has been busy trying to hunt Robert down so that he can't kill me, which is apparently what he wants. I wasn't really worried about the guy trying to kill me though, I was more worried about Emilia trying to hunt him down just so that she can try to stop him.

"Hey, you want anything?" Emilia asked drying her hair, she just ran around in the rain outside.

"No I am ok," I said smiling up at her, she smiled back.

"Give me the stupid chips you moron," Max yelled at Markus.

"No," Markus just said.

"How long have they been fighting?" Emilia asked.

"A while, why?" But before she responded to my question she ripped the plug out of the wall.

"NO!" Max and Markus screamed at the same time.

It mattered to them because we were watching the game together. According to Emilia I should watch the game with them because it was good bonding time with them. I didn't have any problem with it because me and her brothers already got along fine, well sort of. Markus and me are totally fine we go to the garage and shot paint ball guns, but Max doesn't like me. I think it's because Max thinks I am going to hurt Emilia, I would never do that though. But Max doesn't believe me.

"Behave," Emilia said throwing the plug into Markus lap.

They both scrambled to get the plug into the right spot. They were really mad at her for pulling the cord, but they weren't mad for long. About 5 minutes later the lights went out.

"What happened?" Emilia asked.

"I don't know, did Aunt Clair pay the bill?" Markus asked.

"Ya, I know she did." Max said.

"Then..." Emilia started to say but then the window shattered.

"What is that?" I asked.

"Eric, get behind me, Markus, and Max," Emilia said staring at the window.

"No, I don't need to run away from some idiot..." I started to say but this guy was standing in the shattered glass on the ground.

"Hello again Eric, we couldn't talk last time, I was busy putting you into a coma, sorry for that by the way, I just needed to get back at old Emilia here, I am Robert." The guy said holding his hand out.

"I don't need you to introduce yourself I already know about you," I spat out.

"Oh now, now, don't be like that, we wouldn't want something to happen to your face now would we?" Robert said as if it wasn't a threat at all.

"You can't just come in here and threaten my boyfriend," Emilia glared.

"Oh really, can Hazel?" As soon as he said that a girl came crashing through the window.

'"Oh not her," Emilia grumbled.

"Hey, Emilia Miss me?" Hazel said.

"No not really, I kind of was hoping that I was never going to ever be able see you ever again." She said faking a smile.

I had no clue what was going on, but I could tell that Emilia really hated Hazel.

"It's not very polite to not ask us if we wanted anything, what a bad hostess," Robert said.

"I am not your hostess, a hostess expects company, I didn't want or see your face, and I did not invite you over here. But I am polite so would you like to come inside and have a cup of tea?" Emilia said sarcastically.

"Actually yes I would," Robert said smiling as if he and Emilia where old buddies.

"Well too bad we don't drink tea." Emilia said crossing her arms.

"You really shouldn't be mean to me," Robert said getting angry.

"What are you going to do, put me in a coma, go ahead." Emilia said acting as if he could never do anything that could hurt her.

"No, I was going to do this," Robert said.

Robert turned to me and started to attack me. This time I wasn't as hopeless as I was last time, but I still could not hurt Robert. It's as if whatever I tried to do, like punch him or kick him, it would never work. But then Emilia got in the way and started attacking Robert. I didn't know what really happened. All I saw was blurriness. I didn't pass out or anything but I could see very well. Someone came running up to me I think it was Jonny or Max. I couldn't really tell.

"Close your eyes, you got a cut on both of them, not enough to scar them or make you blind but you should let your eyes heal." Jonny said wrapping a cloth over my eyes.

After that all I heard was fighting and furniture getting pushed and moved around, and a glass or something broke and shattered to the ground. Jonny hurried me upstairs into a room.

"What is going on?" I asked Jonny. I know that Jonny and Emilia kissed that one time but I couldn't help but be ok with it because Jonny was a really nice guy and he and Emilia explained it was just a onetime thing.

"Nothing too much, Emilia and Robert are fighting, Emilia is winning don't worry." Jonny said.

"But he is probably stronger than her, he could really hurt her." I was so worried about her, what if Robert puts her in a coma like he did to me?

"I don't think anyone is stronger than Emilia." Jonny laughed.

"What are you talking about, dude Robert is probably stronger." I screamed.

"Oh wait she didn't tell you did she?" Jonny said raising an eyebrow.

"No, tell me what?" I asked.

"That she is stronger than any other creature on this planet," Jonny said as if it was no big deal.

"What are you talking about?" I was in shock, how is she the strongest creature alive?

"Her powers are stronger than any other, she can beat anyone." Jonny said.

This all came as a shock to me, how can Emilia be that strong? How come she didn't tell me? I was so confused.
