UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Chapter 20

Aarav felt nostalgia when he steps his foot on his land his city which he had left behind for years, so many memories came rushing which made him unstable in his own steps for few minutes, good memories along with those bad memories from which he was running away, it all crashed down on his heart which made him take two steps back.

For once Aarav really thought just to take the return ticket and go back to where, he didn't want to see the disappointment in his families eyes, he didn't want to see pain there for him no that's not what he wanted, he suddenly felt weak on his legs so he just sat in the nearby chair.

Controlling himself Aarav stood up and unknowingly his steps started to move towards the ticket counter rather than going outside, he had long ago cleared his security check but he didn't have the courage to go and face the family Making his mind he was about to move forward and book his return flight when an all too familiar face came into his mind.

Those mischievous eyes, those smiling lips, which had made him restless for more than six months, how can he go away without her, he has to win her again, he wanted her for all of himself, he wanted to see her those smiles which she had reserved for him, he wanted to see those shining eyes when she looks towards him, he wanted all of her, hell with others only she matters.

With determination Aarav take a U-turn and exited the airport only to see Kunal and Anu waiting for him there, a beautiful smile spread across his face seeing those, they are the only people who are closer to him, they are the only one who knows him inside and out, they are the only whom he can't see in pain.

Anu and Kunal were waiting anxiously for Aarav when they heard that his flight got landed, they have so many things to share so many questions which were eating them and the most important thing both Kunal and Anu had somewhat guessed for what Aarav is back in the country, but still, they wanted to hear it from his mouth to believe that they are not imagining things. Anu was on the verge of barging inside the airport when she didn't see him getting out when so many peoples already left.

Anu turned and was about to go when she noticed the man in question standing there in very casual white jeans paired with a black shirt and faded blue color jean jacket, he had gelled his hair perfectly, he was pushing the luggage cart and coming towards them with a big smile on his face, Anu instantly held Kunal's hand and shook him which brought Kunal's attention towards Aarav.

Kunal felt his eyes sting seeing his brother, but what made him happy was the happiness which was oozing out of his brother at this moment, Kunal is really thankful to the girl who had changed his brother for good, Kunal had never seen his brother his happy since what Riya did with him, seems like now everything will change for good.

Aarav pulled both Kunal and Anu for a tight group hug, Anu started to cry seeing it to which Aarav just rolled his eyes even though he felt moved to see that they missed him as much as he missed them, while Kunal just shook his head seeing his wife getting so emotional.

"I hope you are back for good?" Aarav heard the question which brought a smile to his face, indeed he is back for good and now he have to search for that stupid girl of his.

"Yes, I have a lot of things to do, so please don't expect me to join the office now," Aarav said coming out of the hug to which Kunal just smiled and wiped the tears from Anu's eyes to which Anu shook her head.

"You can search for her as much as you want, but once everything is settled I hope you will bring your ass back to the office" Aarav laughed hearing Kunal's word, he was sure that they knew why he was back and now that was confirmed.

"Deal," Aarav said to which Kunal felt relief, he was happy seeing the happiness oozing out of Aarav's eyes when the girl was mentioned, Kunal had never seen this shine in Aarav's eyes when he was with Riya but seems like this girl had touched the place which no one was able to touch, Anu too felt that and she sighed in relief seeing that her best friend has come out of his depression.
