Chapter 19

A dark figure was standing on the balcony holding a glass of Rum, rum is the only thing which was calming him right now and he was looking at the dazzling city which was shining in the night lights, even though all the city is in the light he felt like he is in darkness, it's been three years since he moved to London completely living alone away from family friends and everything, his one single decision had made him where he was today away from all.

It was hard in the starting but with time he started to engross himself in the office work and company matters which had helped him very much to relive those haunted memories of the betrayal of his wife everything was going amazingly when she came and knocked him out of his own world.

She was like morning dew, a morning shine which had lightened his world unknowingly, he still remembers very vividly how he had met her those six months ago when she had come to take the interview of his PA, she was doing her part-time job in his company along with her study. He still remembers those mesmerising brown eyes which were holding so much pain and love but for whom was always a question in his head which answer he still don't know about.

Those ready to wear casual clothes, those shoes and hair in a pony, and the spectacles which always try to hide the emotions in her eyes was something which he will never forget, and the first time when she worn a knee-length gown followed by heels was when he floored seeing her looking cute as well as sexy, yes that was the thought which came into his head that moment and he himself felt astonished.

Seeing that he got way too closer towards her he started to put distance between them, started to shout at her and nit-pick in her work but only he knew how much his heart also hurt by giving her pain, but the betrayal of his wife had made a huge hole in his heart which was hard to fill no matter what he did and how hard he tried to move on.

Even though he knew that she is not like them yet he hurt her to the point that she finally left him and that's when he understood how wrong was he, what he did was abominable, he knew very well what happened that night was not her fault yet when he saw her there beside him the next morning he blasted on her without asking her anything, without giving her time for any explanation he is wrong, so wrong.

He knew it will be hard to handle her now seeing how wild was she the morning when she actually slapped him and roared at him, indeed she is a true lioness who has made his heart melt in puddles, no matter what it will take but he will make sure that by next new year she will be with him in his arms holding each other and enjoying their Christmas he will make it to happen for that he has to go back to his city, after all, she is from there.

"India I am coming back" With a smile, he left from there humming the song of Decpacito imagining all those this which he wanted to do to her, he started to pack his bag after all his flight is in four hours and these few hours are making it feel like years for him.

He finally took relief when he sat on the flight which will take him to her, the thrill of seeing her after a month was much more than he can even imagine and now he was ready to take out of his playfulness which he kept hidden all along only for her.

With the sunlight hitting her face she opened her eyes and looked beside her only to see her man sleeping contentedly, it's been two years since their trip to the US, on the contrary, her surprise cum shocking trip to meet her husband.

She still remembers those days which she had to spend in his arms during their free time, she had even done the job of his PA there for the one month which they had spent there it was one of her moment with him, after all, that trip had indeed made them closer than before.

She still can't believe it going to be their third wedding anniversary soon and to think that they have yet to consummate was a shocker if someone knew about it, it was not like they don't want it but the truth was that whenever they think to consummate one thing or other will happen which had made them hanging in there like they will jump on each other the moment they will get free time.
