BATHROOM

-Hayley -

As I drove to school,  i remembered I left my school bag at home. I wasn't going back though. I just hoped for the best. I pulled up into the school parking lot, and i saw Beth come out of Chris' car. I was a bit jealous though,  Brandon only insisted i ride on my own, cause I was fairly capable of doing so. Come to think of it, i haven't seen my boyfriend in a while, which is odd. I walked into the school building with Conner behind me as he had ridden in his car.

"Hey guys" we greeted everyone, with Jayden's eyes fixed on me, he stared, and then his brows furrowed.  Making it evident of the raised suspicions in his head.
"Why'd you guys ride together? " he asked with a slight panic in his voice. 
"I um-"
"She ran away from home" Conner grinned at the others while they still had a serious face on.
"What happened Hayley? "She she said.
"Well, besides from finding out Chelsea is actually my mom, nothing much happened" i shrugged, trying to keep the atmosphere light. They all looked at me wide eyed and i left for the bathroom,  as I got in, a guy was kissing a half naked girl on the bathroom sinks. "Privacy much?". I said  to them, they looked up and i was shocked..... Brandon was making out with that BITCH , Alexa. I thought I was going to fight, when Beth pulled me outside.

"I can't believe it." I said in disbelief. "He cheated." It was barely even audible and i was hurt. I couldn't believe he'd do such a thing, but then again,  it's Brandon McLanders. Beth took me outside to the bleachers and i didn't cry. I wasn't going to,
Instead, i decided to fix things with her, and we did. We were good again.

Weird how we sat there the whole day and no one even came to where we were.
After school,  we heard everyone talking about a party at Brian's house. What's with this school and parties on Mondays ? Beth and i decided we'd go. The boys came over to us with Chelsea behind her. I don't want to see her at the moment. She's a liar. I'm fed up with her lies.
"I brought you your school bag, and some lunch honey." Chelsea stated giving me a warm smile. Her smiles always comforted me. I grabbed it and looked away, this was just too much for me. I stood up, i needed to get out of that place. I had to go somewhere.
"Let me take you home Hayley " Jayden's deep voice sounded from behind me.
"I brought my own car though" i simply said. Without another word he grabbed my keys, and tossed them to Beth.

We walked to his car. It was a nice car, a matte black jeep suv. I got in the passenger seat, and he drove. I studied the way the light shone on his face. The way his throat moved when he swallowed. The way his jaw clenched. He was handsome. His silky, black hair, the tight black t-shirt he had on today, his perfectly shaped biceps. He was perfect. Just then my phone vibrated, It was an unknown number.
"Hello?"
"Baby, baby, it's Brandon. Listen I'm sorry okay?, i swear I was high, it was a mistake,  i swear"  son of a bitch thinks he can just apologise and hope for the best, just as I was about to answer him, Jayden grabbed my phone..
"McLanders,  don't call this number again. Okay? I will end you if you try anything funny" He said into the phone, that was clearly a threat, i smiled at him.

When we pulled up into his driveway,  he turned to me and smiled, reassuring me that it was okay. We got in, and i headed straight for the kitchen, i was hungry. He pulled me to the kitchen stool, smiled and turned to make me food.  Damn he's sexy.

-Jayden-

After i made her food, i asked if she'd like a tour. She looks so sad today, i want to take away all that sadness, i want her to be happy.

"Whoa this place is huge" she said,  eyes wide, damn she's beautiful. Her eyes a hazel that was nothing like I've seen before. Her lips were full, her breast were a moderate size, but still beautiful, i want to worship her.

"Jay, who are these people?" she asked, pointing at an old picture of mum, aunt Grace,  her ex husband, and my dad.
"They're my old family" i replied, trying to brush the topic off. She must've gotten the message, and asked to see my room.
I led her there, she dumped her stuff on the floor and went to my bed. She jumped on my bed and sighed, i walked over to her, and sat beside her, she sat up, and smiled at me,  oh fuck no, fuck no, she wants to friend zone me, hell no I'm not being friend zoned not now, not by her especially. Before I could even think of what I was doing, i pulled her on to me, so she'd be straddling me. I kissed her. Her lips moved in sync with mine.  She let out a small moan,  i wasn't going in, not yet, she had to know that I felt something real. We kissed for what felt like eternity, till her phone rang again.
I beckoned her not to pick it up, but she did, reluctantly though,
"What's up Beth? " she questioned.
"Well, where are you?" I heard Beth say, i had grabbed the phone and put it on speaker.
"I'm at Jayden's, has any teacher asked about me?" Hayley narrowed her eyes glancing at me, it was obviously her first time skipping school.
"Um no, if you're there, then it's okay,  Alexa is on full bitch mode, her friends have been looking all over the place for you. " Hayley opened her eyes wide at me, she was scared, i had to protect her, even though she didn't know it yet, there's more to us. Our journey's just begun.

"Ask Conner to handle her okay? He does a good job." I said trying to keep  her calm. She then ended the call and started crying,  i cuddled her so her head would be on my chest.
"Hey what's the matter Hayley?" I said, trying to keep my voice calm. How the hell am i supposed to comfort a crying girl? I've never done that before. It's scary.
"I don't know anymore, Brandon cheated, turns out my sister is my mom, this is all too much for me honestly. " she sniffled.

I let her cry, so she could let out the steam. I held her safe, in my arms, that's where I want her to stay. Safe in my arms.

Okay this chapter is the longest chapter yet. I promise, the other chapters will be shorter.
When will Jayden confess his feelings for Hayley? ??? This is so frustrating smh.
