You were still asleep on the couch with Evelynn when someone came downstairs. And, if you read the title, you can probably guess who that was.

Darius walked last the couch to get something from the kitchen, but stopped and slowly walked backwards. He looked down at the two of you and noticed that you had pulled a blanket over the two of you. You both seemed so comfortable.

He just nodded and carried on with himself.

You woke up after that. The storm had stopped sometime in the night, but it was still wet as hell outside. You also realized that your earbud had fallen out. Evelynn still had hers and you could hear it slightly. You gently reached down and pulled it out of her ear.

She inhaled and opened one eye to find you looking at her with a smile. She couldn't help but do the same.

Evelynn: Morning.

Y/N: Morning. You sleep good?

Evelynn: Like a baby. Best sleep I've had in weeks.

And it was because she slept next to you. And you could honestly say the same thing.

Darius: Morning.

He walked past the couch with his mug of coffee before he headed back upstairs. You and Evelynn laid there there a moment before you both found your cheeks turning red.

Busted.
--------------
Caitlyn: Eat up. We have plenty.

She placed the plate of breakfast in front of you while you sat at the family's table. The brothers would be gone for a few days, so it was just the four of you.

Evelynn and you got dressed earlier, but Darius and Caitlyn were still in their pajamas.

Y/N: Thank you. I appreciate all of this.

Darius: Nonsense. You just enjoy yourself.

He really wasn't mad about this morning?

Caitlyn sat across from her husband with her own plate while Evelynn stuck with a cup of yogurt. Something about having to watch her figure for cheer. You were also reminded once again that she was the cheer captain.

Caitlyn: So, any plans for today?

You didn't have anything to do. Your mom should be asleep right now and everyone was busy doing something else. But, you also didn't want to overstay your welcome.

Y/N: I, uh, need to get back home. I don't want to...

Darius: Nonsense. If you have no plans, I would like to take you with me.

You raised a brow and looked to Evelynn for answers. Instead she ate her yogurt.

Y/N: W-Where?

Darius: To shoot some guns.
----------------
You sat on the tailgate of the nice fancy truck that Darius called his own. Brand new. Looks like it's never been driven before. Darius stood a few feet away, admiring the nature that you had found yourself in.

You slowly looked over your shoulder at the cases that were there. All filled with guns. You were also wearing some fresh clothes courtesy of Nocturne.

This was the woods that were just outside of town. And you were five seconds from pissing yourself out of fear.

Darius: It's peaceful out here, ain't it?

You quickly snapped back to look at the man who was still staring out into the woods.

Y/N: Uh, yeah. It's beautiful.

Dairus: Like my daughter, right?

He looked back at you as you thought very carefully about your answer. This man was much bigger than you, had guns, and you were in a very secluded place.
