I got multiple and they're either stupid or cheesy, so hold onto your feather necklaces!

Wouldn't it be both cute and funny if Keigo named his feathers? Now, imagine you and him start dating. You two are just sitting on the couch and, regardless of how it's brought up, Keigo just starts going through all the names he's given to his feathers. You're not fully paying attention to what he's actually saying, just nodding and throwing in a "mhmm" every now and then while you were more focused on how absolutely adorable he was being right now. After a moment, he pauses. You notice and and come out of your little daydream. "What's wrong?" you ask. Keigo looks back at you and smiles before flying a feather over into your hands. "This one... I named Y/N."

When Keigo is regrowing the feathers he lost during battle, that's when they are the most sensitive, when they're brand new. So for anyone who fidgets (like people with ADHD, anxiety, etc), Keigo will give you one of his older feathers to play with and touch. That way, you have something soothing to stroke and play with, and it feels like Keigo is getting soft pets. And since they aren't as sensitive as his other feathers, he'll just let out little chirps of joy.

So, it's canonical now that Keigo can decipher conversations with his feathers. So what if, every now and then when he's bored on patrol, he'll listen in to whatever your doing through the feather necklace he gave you? He'd be able to hear pretty much anything and everything you're doing or saying.

I don't think we all truly realize how fucked we'd be if we transported into the MHA universe and met Keigo. Like- not for anything unsavory or anything like that. But just simply by the fact that some of use, like myself, have gotten so used to calling him Keigo instead of Hawks that we'd completely screw ourselves over. Literally no one in the My Hero canon knew Keigo's real name before Dabi. His history has been wiped out by the Hero Agency. So if some random civilian called him, or almost called him, by his real name... especially before Dabi does??? We'd have such a big target on our back. It would probably be a role reversal of how we think it'd go. That man would be the one stalking us instead of the other way around. He'd want to know anything and everything about us, and why we know his real identity.

Lets say Keigo gives you a feather to wear as a necklace. I believe he would have little signals and gestures to convey messages back to you. You are free to interpret this in any way you want. Here is my list:

Brush against the cheek = "I love you"

Boop on the nose = "I miss you"

Tickle under the chin = "Can't wait to see you"

Wave in front of the face = "I'm bringing chicken home for dinner"

Against your ear = "Call me"

Against your neck = "Come here"

*(This one is angsty) Beat against your chest = "Danger"

*There are 3 levels to this one. Fast pace beating = "I'm a little beat up, but I'm okay"

*Medium pace beating = "I'm pretty roughed up, but I'll be alright"

*Slow pace beating = "Barely made it out. I'm in the hospital"

*Slow pace + brush on the cheek = Final "I love you"
