Royal Kingdom High~The forbidden portal

Chapter 8- Prom

Twilight woke up happy cause well it was prom tonight and not only that but they would finally activate the portal.
They all met up in the library making a plan of escaping prom and not getting caught.
That night
The girls were getting ready
Their outfits:

Esmerays dress

Twilights dress

When they were ready they got to the ball room at 8pm they met up with their dates
'Wow twilight you actually put some effort' said Cedric
'Ugh shut up' she sneered
Esmeray walked in and Viper was impressed but Cedrics jaw was on the floor
'Wow' he said under his breath. 'Gawd damn' interupted Cedric

'Thanks' she said shyly
'Can we take you ladies dancing?' Said Cedric
The girls looked at each other and laughed.
'Yes' said Twilight with a grin
As they were dancing and having fun.. Claudia approached and to their surprise she complimented them
'Well you guys look good since it's prom I will be nice to you losers' she said with a sarcastic smile trying to be nice
'Thanks?' Said Esmeray 'OH it's 12 am we have to go have fun!'
As they rushed through the halls to the library they made sure no one had seen them when they were going through the tunnel Esmeray felt footsteps behind them but thought nothing of it.
When they arrived Viper asked Esmeray to pull out her hand showing her ring to the bloody moon through the giant glass roof,but before you know it Viper snatches the ring.
'Finally! I can do what I came for' he grinned
'What..' Esmeray said with disbelief
'You stupid people I followed Twilight and Esmeray to the location and got close to you guys to get the ring and poor Esmeray I never loved you ,I used you.'

Esmeray burst out lauging 'you think i liked you? I liked your attention silly' she distracted him so Cedric can make a move on him trying to rip out his heart but Viper used his telekinesis to make him fly back and hit the wall hard.
'NO' yelled twilight as she started shining bright star light into his eyes.
He dropped the ring on the floor. Twilight ran trying to grab it but he kicked her away taking the ring back.
Esmeray felt devistated, how could she trust him?
As she started forming magic in her hands she said
'I knew I couldn't trust you but I fell for your lies'
'Oh darling I know and what even is your power' he asked confidently
'Witchcraft.' She said smirk as she was using her magic on him he was defending himself but not to for too long he fell on the ground. She came up to him putting her foot on his chest 'you lost give me my ring back' she demanded
'No' he grinned as he grabbed her leg making her trip and fall to the ground.
He stood up looking at them.
'You can't defeat me' he said proudly
As they stood up helpless Twilight started laughing
'What are you laughing at?' He asked aggressively
Twilight sighed
'You forgot to look back' she grinned
When he looked back there was Claudia standing with hot burrow wine.
'Surprise' she said aggressively as she poured the liquid on him.
'AHH' he screamed in pain 'YOU WILL PAY BACK-'
Esmeray kicked him to the floor
'You have something that's mine' she said as she took her moon ring from him sliding it back on her finger.
The teachers come running into the room
'What is going on!?' Yelled Ms Fauna 'are you okay kids?!'
'More than okay' said Claudia
The school guards grabbed Viper and escorted him out of the School.
'You saved the universe thank you but you still caused trouble' said Ms Fauna
The teens just laughed as the teachers left
'Are we still going to activate that thing' asked Cedric
'NOPE definitely NOT' said Twilight stubbornly.
'I guess you aren't that bad after all' said Esmeray turning back to Claudia
'Ye I guess so' she chuckled
They went back to the main prom room and continued having fun 

Esmeray felt someone tapping her shoulder she turned around and her eyes met Cedrics 'i was thinking about-' as she cut him off she grabbed him by his tie 'shut up and kiss me already' she spat and pulled him into a kiss.

Twilight came over with a look of disgust 'ewww get a room you two' Esmeray pulled away and just chuckled.

Well that's the end of my story it did end with a happy ending or we thought so cause you never know what's waiting ahead *chuckles*
