Sasha's POV:

"Ms. Feathersheen?" Louie called. I ran to him quickly.
"What is... I mean, are you having any problems, sir?"
"Well, I find it strange that this Ruby suddenly shows up, helps us for no reason and then changes everyone with her excuses."
"For no reason? Excuses? So, they sound very convincing for excuses..."
"That is it! I'm the only one who realizes that she is 101% lying to us."
"I disagree, sir."
"You see, nobody believes me!"
Suddenly Ruby's voice rang out, "Hey, I think I've found most of them!" We went to Ruby and Della. The entire other half of the troop stood in front of us. Donald ran quickly to Daniel. He shouted, "Daniel, luckily you're fine! I was worried!" "Who is she?" Inquired Shadow Wing.
"I'm Ruby. And you can ask me that myself."
"She's on our side and believe me, that's better," added Della. Daniel said, "Yes, she is really totally awesome and my absolute role model!" Donald quickly got angry, "You'll stay away from her."
"What? Why?"
"She isn't a good company for you."
I turned to Louie, who had pulled out his smartphone and was recording the action. "Why?" Daniel asked again. "Just because she was once a criminal and has magic."
"What!? Della, how could you let a criminal with magic get hold of my son!?"
"Come down. I'm a former criminal. And with my magic I saved your family. And more than just once," Ruby intervened. Donald replied, "Don't interfere! This is a family matter! "
"This may be. But if you wanna forbid me from contact with Daniel, that's my matter too."
"At least have respect! You use the formal term of address! Who only raised you?"
"Nobody. I grew up in an orphanage. "
"You're just looking for trouble. My son is a good child and has a different level than dealing with you!"
The last sentence made me roll my eyes. I knew from Dilara that Daniel wasn't exactly a mummy's boy. So Donald lied. "You're right. I don't have a degree and my academic skills are next to nonexistent. And? Before you pulled off this number, nobody cared," Ruby gave him one. One to zero for Ruby.
"You aren't a good company for my family and Daniel is easy to impress. And he deserves better than you. Stay away from him."
"You know what? No. I don't think we should decide that. Daniel is old enough to decide for himself who to hang out with. "
Two to zero for Ruby.
"No. He doesn't see this danger that you pose. Me, yes."
Donald was right about that. Two to one for Ruby.
"Do you mean the danger from which I freed them and put myself in danger? Rather, it came from all enemies of your family."
Ruby was good. Three to one for Ruby.
"Nevertheless! Apart from Lena, magic has never produced anything good!"
"Oh I'm sorry. I never asked for my strength. I just had it. It isn't my fault that you aren't talented enough for magic."
That was right. Four to one for Ruby.
"No wonder your parents didn't want you! They looked at you and knew straight away what a monster you are!!"
OK, that was rather mean. The expression on Ruby's face indicated that Donald had gone too far.
"Well, if my parents were like you, I would be grateful. Nobody wants parents who control you, rule you and interfere in the private life of the children! And nobody wants a father who envies his own nephew just because his son thinks he's cool! And that also shows that Daniel would rather have everyone else as a role model, just not you!!"
This is slowly turning into a disaster argument. Maybe I should go in between.
"Well, you aren't a role model! For nobody!! You have nobody, you're a failure and even your parents are so ashamed of you!!"
"Don't worry, children can be ashamed of their parents too. Especially when you're the father! "
He really sat. Five to one for Ruby.
"You'll stay away from Daniel and the other children! You're disrespectful and a danger to us all! Better just get out of here! "
"What if not? What do you wanna do then? Do you think I really have respect for someone who wants to control their son's life?"
Not a second after Ruby said that, Donald gave her a slapstick. "Now you've gone too far, old man!" Ruby yelled with hatred. She jumped on Donald, who fell over and both of them rolled around fighting on the floor. Della shouted, "We have to separate them!" She ran with the kids to Donald and Ruby and separated them. "Okay, we have to get on here. Della, you take care of Donald. Ruby, I'll go with you," I decided. I still heard Ruby shouting something, but my ears were apart from here. Behind the group we followed the others. I tried to cheer her up, "He sure didn't mean it that way." I stopped talking when I saw Ruby's face. "I know it isn't your fault," Ruby uttered quietly.
"It's okay."
"What's going on there?"
Confused, I turned to the front. The whole group had stopped. "I'll go have a look," I answered her. I squeezed through the crowd. When I got to the front I saw the reason why everyone had stopped. It was...
