(AN: sorry for the long wait, I lost motivation but I feel bad for leaving it how I did so I'll try and keep up with this. Also please leave comments/suggestions if there's something you don't like, I want to improve <3 )

The morning after, Will fluttered his eyes open but the room was still unlit. Alex was snuggled next to him in his hospital bed, James and George were asleep on the chairs next to it. He turned over and checked his phone, it was 4am but now that he was awake he knew he wouldn't fall back to sleep.

He heard what Alex had said when he was "saying goodbye". He actually heard a decent amount when he was in the coma but it was very fuzzy. Alex said he loved him... "madness" Will thought aloud. James shuddered and locked eyes with Will, "Why are you awake mate?" James whispered
"Cant sleep, there's so much going on. My mind is literally racing like..." Will paused "Alex said he loved me James, when the fuck did that happen??" He continued
"I've got a confession.. I already know, he told me that he loved you mate. He really does, look at him Will." James spoke softly
Will glanced at Alex who was still curled up against him.
"I saw the messages he sent you James, that's what caused the accident.. I was shocked so I went out and I got so lost in thoughts that I didn't think about what I was doing." He confessed "I think I love him too.." Will finished.

Not long after James had fallen back to sleep. Will opened Twitter and his timeline was flooded with worried fans and friends asking where he'd gone. 'Oh shit, no ones told them' Will thought.
"Hey guys!! I'm sorry I completely disappeared off of planet earth but long story short, I got into an accident and I was in a coma for a few days. I will make a video when I can with a bit more detail but I just wanted you lot to know I'm not dead. See you soon xx' Will tweeted.
Instantly a wave of supporting and sorrowful replies came through and Will tried to interact with as many as possible. Within an hour of him posting the tweet he was trending on Twitter.

It was 8am and Will still hadn't fallen back to sleep, he accidentally dropped his phone on the hard floor which made George jolt awake. "Sorry mate.. dropped my phone." Will apologised
"It's alright, I'll get it for you." George got up and passed Will his phone.
"Thanks mate. Look at him, ImAllexx is baby confirmed." Will said staring at Alex lovingly

Will pulled out his phone and snapped a picture of Alex who was curled next to him with his head on Wills stomach. He posted it on Instagram with a caption saying '@ImAllexx is baby confirmed 😂 xx"

20 minutes later, Alex woke up.
"Mornin lad." Will smiled weakly
"Morning! You sleep alright??" Alex questioned looking at the bags under Wills ocean eyes.
"Not really, I woke up at 4am and it's now 9am. George and James headed off about ten minutes ago." Will told Alex
"Okay, I've got to go now aswell. Sorry... I need to film a video, I haven't filmed a video in a while and I don't want to fall off." Alex pouted, not wanting to leave Will.
"That's alright I get it." Will replied

After about ten minutes of talking Alex got his stuff together and walked towards the door, "bye Will.. I'll be back in a few hours." Alex croaked in his morning voice
"Okay see you then." Will said
"Miss you already." Alex cringed a little
"i love you too" Will told him as he started to walk away.
