Goodbye?

It's been two days since Wills been in a coma and Alex hasn't left his side once, he thought it was time to explain to the internet where they had all been for the last few days so he made a tweet saying "Hi everyone, sorry to everyone who has been worried about us but Will got hit by a car and now he's in a coma. They don't know if he will wake up or not, please send your thoughts and prayers for Will. @WillNE".

James and George had been taking it in turns to check on Alex every few hours, he hadn't slept since he got there because he didn't want to miss Will waking up or leave his side. James and George decided to check on Alex together and spend a bit of time with him in the room but when they got there Alex was finally asleep, his head against the wall behind him. James picked him up and carried him into a taxi, they took him to Wills flat because it was the closest to the hospital. James tucked Alex into Wills bed.

"I really hope that he gets atleast four hours of sleep, I'm very worried about him.." James told George and Gee (Wills flatmate)
"What's going on with him anyway, why's he this upset over it?" Gee questioned, furrowing her eyebrows at James
"Yeah, why is he acting like this?" George also questioned.
"I'm not meant to tell you this but.. Alex loves Will, that's why he's so devastated." James finally told them.
"Oh shit." George said
"Damn" Gee added

After around 5 hours Alex woke up. 'Why the fuck am I in Wills bed..' he thought
He got up as fast as he could and went into the living room where James, George and Gee were. "Hey guys, I'm awake now so we can go back to hospital." Alex told them eagerly
"Well, no." James said bluntly
"What.. why?" Alex questioned
"You need to look after yourself, I'll make you toast, there's a spare toothbrush in the bathroom and you need a shower." James told him
"That's not fair. I just want to see Will, I don't need to do that." He replied, tears forming in his eyes. "Oh come on Alex, please get ready." George pouted
"Yeah Alex, get ready darling." Gee said as she stood up and gave Alex a tight hug.
"Okay.." he murmured as he went into the bathroom and locked the door.

After he had a shower and brushed his teeth, he wondered into Wills empty room and got dressed into some of his clothes. He put on some of Wills jogger bottoms (which were massive on him) and a baggy shirt, which smelt like Will, it made Alex feel a bit better. He went back to the living room and they all smiled at him. "Grab some toast and we can go, if you want?" James said
"Yes!" Alex said eagerly. He ran RIT he kitchen and grabbed some toast with jam on it that had already been made for him by James. James called a taxi and they all waited for about 5 mins. "Come on then guys, taxi's here!" James told them.

They arrived at the hospital and they all followed Alex, who was walking as fast as his small legs could. He opened the door to Wills room and Wills parents were there. "Oh, hi guys.." Wills mum sniffed, she looked away. "Look.. we've made the decision to take Will off of life support.. The doctors told us that there's a 1/1000 chance he will wake up. I'm so sorry.." Wills dad told them, trying not to make eye contact.
"You can't do that... that's not fair!!" Alex said as he sat back down in his chair on the right side of Wills bed, he played with Wills hair. "I'm sorry but we've made the decision to take him off tomorrow, so you should all say your good byes.." Wills mum told them
