Somewhere in vale a group of criminals are having a meeting.
???: alright we need to talk about the days recent dust robberies!!
???2: I don't see why that is a problem fisk?
Fisk: the problem is that without the dust we don't have any customers phineas!!
Fisk: and the schnee dust company is willing to pay for the robbers assassination.
fisk: I already have a assassin in mind.
Phineas: me too!!!
Each of the men calls their own assassin.
( this is a short chapter that is going to set up a long game of hide and seek)
