Kugisaki sometimes feels really insecure about herself and forgets that she is a queen.
And everytime, Itadori and Megumi notice that she is feeling down again, they try to cheer her up with small things like a hug, offering to go shopping or pay for her sushi.
One time, she locked herself up in her room and even Gojo was clueless, so he called Shoko and she talked with Kugisaki to remind her, that she is a queen and shouldn't feel this way.
Sometimes, Megumi chases Itadori with one of his dogs or a wooden bat to make her laugh (she always laughs when Megumi chases Itadori when Sukuna was trying to act "normal" )
