For Aizawas birthday, the teachers and class 1-A dressed up as cats.
When Aizawa entered the teachers lobby, Mic and the others began to sing and showed him his cake, that was shaped like a head of a cat.
After that, he walked to his class where his students were also dressed up as cats.
They asked Nezu for a favor and luckily he said yes, so Aizawa had a cat for one day during school.
