"You okay?" Gojo asked walking into the living room.
She turned her head and smiled. "I'm thinking."
He passed his leg to the other side and pulled her closer.
"About what?"
"All this shit it's- exhausting." Takara let her head rest on his chest. "Am I even supposed to tell someone about this?"
He caressed her back gently. "I don't think you should, don't put more pressure on yourself."
"Can I ask you something?" She sat properly to face him.
He nodded.
"Was Seiko telling the truth? Why did you choose tulips?"
He looked at her, the lights of the night were shinning on her pale face, and her hair fell on her shoulders gracefully. He could tell she had been crying, because her eyes were puffy.
"I dreamed about you that day, I saw you holding tulips." He said tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear.
"You seemed so happy, in my dream you told me they were your favorite. It felt quite vivid, when I woke up I could only picture you and those tulips."
Takara chuckled and blushed slightly. "That's sweet..."
"Takara" Satoru called her.
"Yes?"
He bit his tongue, he got scared and didn't let the words leave his mouth.
"Let's sleep a little, ok? It's 2 in the morning, we have to go back tomorrow."
She looked at him, she felt he was hiding something but decided to not push it. She nodded and smiled.
"Sure, let's go".
(. . .)
"Oi! Yuuji-kun, focus!" Takara yelled as he slid on the floor.
"Sorry, sensei!" He replied getting back on his feet.
The cursed spirit was growing bigger, almost swallowing them.
"Sensei!" Yuuji said backing away.
"I got it!" She started to jump between steps and threw herself into the curse.
"Takara-sensei!" The teenager cried out terrified.
The curse stopped moving and started wheezing. It exploded before Yuuji's eyes and his graceful sensei emerged from it.
She looked at herself, covered in curse fluids. "Ew, I didn't think it through".
"You okay, kid?" She asked the boy.
"Sensei... that was so cool!" He smiled delighted.
Takara laughed and started to walk with him. "This stickiness it's disgusting, but I know I looked cool."
"Now, now, Goddess" she heard a deep voice. "You're a cocky one, it seems."
She turned around. Yuuji had switched to Sukuna.
"Don't stress yourself" he used his finger to lower the sword. "The brat it's fine, I just wanted to see with my own eyes the Goddess you are."
Sukuna smirked. "Besides, you said something about saving this kid, you are pretty but not really that smart, are you? Only a dumb ass would say that"
"I'm getting bored" she said clenching her jaw.
"So spoiled, Goddess" he laughed and bowed "A pleasure meeting you".
"Huh?" Yuuji was back, confused. "Did I switched with Sukuna?"
"Does this often happens?"
"It's been a little more annoying since I ate another finger." Itadori scratched the back of his head.
She pulled her sword away. "Come on, Yuuji-kun."
"Where?"
(. . .)
"Meditation is very good to channel your energy" Takara spoke as her students sat on the floor with their eyes closet. "It can also help to control crazy powers like Sukuna."
She stood next to Yuuji and patted his head. "I know Gojo made you watch movies, but I'm a little old-fashioned".
"You must be able to reach a state of calm and complete control over your body and energy." Takara took the books. "You should also be able to boost your senses."
She placed a book on each head.
"They're heavy..." Yuuji whispered.
"I know, right?" Nobara replied.
"Shut up, both of you" Megumi replied annoyed "I'm trying to concentrate."
Takara saw Gojo walk in her direction, she smiled at him and waved.
"Do not open your eyes, though" she said as Gojo grasped her waist and planted a kiss on her lips.
"Is someone else in here?" Nobara frowned
Yuuji sniffed "It smells like... zunda(*)?"
"Eh??"
Takara chuckled as Gojo sniffed his coat. She took the ball and threw it to her student.
Megumi fell back when it hit his face.
"What was that for?!" He sat down.
"You were focused but your senses were off." Takara putted her hands on her hips. "Nobara, how did you knew Gojo was here?"
"Uh- he crunched a few branches walking here."
"And Yuuji smelled me" Satoru bit the candy that ratted on him.
"Cheer up, Megumi" she hunkered to match this eyes, she patted his head. "Again".
(. . .)
"Let's go on a date" Gojo kissed her hand.
"Mmm?" She rose an eyebrow. "Where is this coming from?"
He smirked. "What? Just because you are a goddess I can't ask you on a date?"
Takara laughed. "You fucked the life out of me, you want to be romantic now?"
"That's the perfect balance, isn't it?"
"Okay" she laughed nodding.
She looked at their hands, they both kept wearing the rings they've found.
"I think these rings were made for us."
"Why?" Gojo frowned.
"They fit so well, it's almost strange."
"Well, Goddess" he smiled holding her hand gently "everything is strange lately, don't you think?"
