"OMG BOBA IS TOO DELICOUS I'M GOING TO CRY." Zelda and Link are walking out of the Boba shop, both holding a cup of the beautiful liquid in their hands. "But really Link, you didn't have to pay, especially when I always get a tall, new, and special drink." Zelda starts looking guilty as they start walking over to the bus stop.
"Don't worry about it! I have a job so a bit of Boba to pay for is nothing." Like always, Link is bragging about his new job at the library. Zelda rolls her eyes.
"It's not like having a job is cool or anything! You can almost never hang out... But i-it's not like I care or anything!" The two slowly come to a stop as they arrive at the bus stop. Rain suddenly starts falling down into a calm drizzle to break the new, and slightly awkward, silence. Link and Zelda sit together on the bench at the stop to get out of the rain. Link is quiet for a while but finally decides to talk, avoiding looking at the shivering girl sat next to him.
"I'm sorry Zelda. I truly am, but I am going to do whatever it takes to help my family get the restaurant back in business." Link's smile turns into a frown and Zelda turns to look at Link, who has started looking at the ground.
Feeling terrible, Zelda starts to apologize but is cut off by Link to keep the silence.
The boy is admirably determined but always feels the need to help when anyone is in need. He has been working at his family's restaurant since he was a kid to help out as best as he could but with no success. Links parents are struggling to feed their 3 children and themselves. Link is trying his best to save up money with his new job but he can only do so much being a teenager.
"Oh! I'm really sorry Zelda, I didn't mean to make you sad!" Link quickly turns his head around to look at her and is about to say something before he sees her shivering. The boy, still feeling guilty for what he said, frantically took off his jacket and handed it to her. "I-i'm so sorry! I didn't realize you shivering! I would have given you this earlier!"
Zelda stares at Link for a few seconds with a face as red as a tomato, but is snapped back to reality when the bus finally arrives to pick them up.
The wet bushes and trees are dripping with fresh water as it continues to rain, a little harder this time. The cars driving by, over the big water puddles makes a pleasant noise that could help even the most problematic baby fall asleep instantly. Even the honking of cars as the traffic keeps them from going home, mixes beautifully with the other noises, setting an almost anime-like romantic mood for the two high schoolers.
The red tomato nervously takes Links jacket, puts it over her shoulders, stands up, and starts walking to the bus as Link hesitantly follows. The two sit down again, but this time on the bus, all alone, with nobody talking, and the cuties start drifting off to sleep, cuddling, without even realizing.

I realize I haven't posted anything on this since January but I lacked the motivation because I knew that not a lot of people would read this so I have decided to write in this fanfic ONLY for fun with some people reading it who may or may not cheer me on to keep going.
