I'm not normal at all. I was sixteen years old when i found out I was a demigod, which explained a lot about my life.
I am a somewhat normal school girl. I moved schools a lot. My mother never explained to me why. I'd either get expelled or just move away. I thought my life couldn't get any weirder but I was wrong. I was sitting in my math class when Mrs. Bondi, the school secretary, knocked the door. I guess you could say I'm a trouble maker. Strange things would happen and I was the culprit. "Who would you like to see?" My math teacher asked, "The usual, Stella Trëmore." Mrs. Bondi sighed. I got up and followed her out while the classroom broke out saying "Oooohhh," Mrs.Bondi shoes made a crashing sound against the tile. "Well you little delinquent Mrs. G is waiting for you, leave your things here" Mrs. Bondi grumbled. "Mrs G?" I asked, "Wasn't i suppose to see Mrs. Charlotte?"
"Look kid," Mrs. Bondi snapped, "I'm just doing my job."
I sat back on the chair behind me.I had butterflies in my stomach, I don't get nervous when I go get interrogated but for some reason I felt something is going to go terribly wrong. Three ladies emerged from the small consular room. "Hello,S-S-Stella come in." The lady in the middle greeted as she gestured to the chair. I thought my eyes were playing on me because for a split second they looked like snakes ladies. I reluctantly took a seat, the other two ladies stood behind me. "S-so Ms-s. Trëmore, I am going to ask you s-s-some questions." Mrs.G said. I nodded as I twisted my silver ring and traced my fingers along the carved in black lightning bolts. "You haven't met your father right?" Mrs. G asked as one of the ladies put her cold hand in my shoulder. "No, my mother told me he died in an aerial accident." I answered as Mrs. G smiled widely.
"You don't look like your mother?"
"No," I answered as a small spark flew off my hand. That happens occasionally, I don't know why. " I s-s-see your mother has blond hair and brown eyes and you don't. You have long jet-black hair and distracting electric blue eyes." she noted as she rose from her seat. I was about to get up but the two ladies has a strong grip on my shoulders. "Why are you leaving s-s-soon?" Mrs. G asked as I heard a hissing sound from behind. My skin began to tingle as an electric shock flowed up my hand to my shoulder. Before I realized what was happening I heard a loud pop. The two ladies went flying into the wall but they weren't human. They were scaly snake like monsters with snake hair and long fangs. They starred at me with their black beady eyes. "She is a daughter of Zeus-s." they said at the same time and they charged. I dodged their shots but one of them grazed my arm as the other one swung at my head. I rolled over the floor and pointed my right hand toward the monsters. The air smelled metallic, the hairs on my arms stood up as sparkling blue lightning passed through my arm and channeled through my ring hitting the three monsters. To my surprise, they turned to dust. My hands were shaking and my knees felt wobbly. The Lightning bolts carved in my ring were no longer black, they were vibrant blue. I sat down hard on the floor as someone blew open the door. My hippie friend Ben entered. "We have to leave." Ben said as he looked around the destroyed room and became pale. "No, no, no..." Ben trailed off. The cut on my arm burned badly. "No kidding," I mocked,
"We have to get you out here."
"Where?"
"I'll explain later, we don't want anymore attacks." Ben said as he helped me up, I accidentally shocked him. He ran to the nearest window and opened it. "We have to get you to where you'll be safe as soon as possible." Ben said, "What?" I asked, "I'll explain in the car." Ben promised as he muttered something under his breath and three s coin on the concrete. Cars zoomed past the streets of Manhattan. I really wanted to call my mom and tell her what happened but I don't have a cellphone for some reason my mom wouldn't tell me.
Out of nowhere a strange old fashion car appeared. Ben walked toward the cab, his shirt made me laugh. His shirt was bright green and it said STAY GREEN! I slowly entered the cab and gasped. The driver was an extremely hairy monster. Literally all you could see was its arms. "Where to?" The monster asked in a very squeaky voice. "Same place, Betty." Ben said. "Ok, explain to me what is going on." I insisted. "Fine, you are a demigod-" Ben trailed off and sniffed the air. "So you were saying..."
"We're being chased! Step on it!"
