Losing you forever

Part 9

When we arrived to the adress that Calum sent me earlier I was nervous...really nervous and Lena knew it so the whole time she tried to calm me down by making knock-knock jokes, telling me stories and other things.
And it helped.

We were standing in front of the door and I assumed it was Luke's house...
Then a few seconds after she knocked, we heard barking and Luke opened the door.

"Oh Hi girls! We've been waiting for you."
He said and let us in, then hugged both of us.

Then we greeted with Petunia and Duke and Luke led us to the living room where were Michael, Ashton and Calum.

Then all greeted us with hugs and I felt a lot calmer by that time.

"Anyone anything to drink?"
Calum asked when he stood up.

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot...we got you a coffee. I have it in my car."
"I'll help you with it."

Calum said and we walked back to my car. Then he insisted that he's taking all of the cups.

"And here you go...thanks for helping."
"It's really not a problem, y/n."

He said and smiled.

"Wait...I will open the door...dont spill it on yourself."

I said and opened the door for him.
But as I did Duke run away from the inside and into the street.

"Sh*t. Duke! Come back."
Calum yelled after him but he didn't stop running.

"I...Calum Im so sorry. I didn't...sorry."

He just looked at me, put the coffee inside and ran after Duke.
And so did I.

After about 3 minutes of running Duke finally stopped, looked at me and then at Calum on the other side of the road.

"Duke! Come here, please."

Calum said and Duke finally started walking towards us but then he turn to go to me.
As soon as he was close enough I grabbed him and held him close. Glad that nothing happend to him.
Calum came closer and took Duke from my arms to his.

"Calum...I am really sorry. I swear I didn't mean to let him out. I just wanted to help...sorry."

"Hey! It's okay, dont worry. It happens all the time...I was just scared that some car will hit him."

"You sure?"

"Yes, it's okay. Everybody is safe now."

He said and put a hand on my shoulder to calm me down.

"Now lets go back, shall we?"
"Let go."
I answered.

When we arrived back everybody was still in the living room and it seem like they didn't even notice we were gone...maybe.

"And where were you too? You left to get to coffee like 15 minutes ago...and the car is right infront of the house..."
Michael asked.

"Yeah, but Duke run away, you idiot."
"Yeah, yeah...sure."

And Calum just rolled his eyes.
Then we both sit back down and I saw that Lena and Ashton were in a deep conversation.

"So this is how your usual band practise looks like?"

Lena joked and we all laughed.

"Actually yes, but usually we are alone here and eating pizza..."

Michael answered and then raised his hand.

"...Well...when I talk about it...I'll order some."

And we all laughed again.

"But dont think we just sit here doing nothing. Sometimes we play some songs, write something new or just plan some things about the tour..."

"Play us something, please!"
Lena said and I agreed.

"Which song?"
Luke asked.

"Ghost of you."
"Best years."

We said at the same time...and then laughed.

"Lets do both..."
Calum said and smiled.

They played us many more songs and it was amazing...privet show.

"Lena? I'll give you a ride."
I told her when we were leaving after a few hours.

"Thanks!"

"Bye guys! It was nice meeting you."
She said and hugged them all...Ashton a little longer...

"It really was. Bye!"
I said and hugged them too, Calum as the last one.

"Can I talk to you, y/n?"
"Ehm...sure."

I answered and handed Lena car keys so she could go sit in it as we stand aside with Calum.

"Whats up?"
"Are you free tomorrow?"

I was shocked...genuinely.

"I...I am. Well actually Im not...sorry. I have to go to a work in the morning but I finish at 5pm so if thats okay..."

"Will you send me an adress? ...where you work so I can pick you up and we can hang out? If you want to of course..."

He started to be nervous...and so did I.

"I would love to...so see you tomorrow."
"Bye, y/n.

We hugged again and then I got into the car with Lena and we drove off.

"That was crazy! Y/n!"
Yeah, it was."
"What. Did. He. Say?"

She asked and I smirked a little. I was really happy.

"We are hanging out tomorrow..."
"What! No way! Y/n, thats so cool!"
"Im nervous...what if I say something stupid or somthing...I dont know..."

"Hey! Dont worry about it, it's gonna be alright. But Im nervous too..."
"Why are you nervous?"

"Ashton wants to hang out too."
"I knew it! You two are so cute together."
