"-get out."

Daisuke was pointing at the door, glaring at the cuddling couple on his dorm mate's bed. Sugawara Kōshi and Suzuki Reiki eyed each other before Reiki stood to Daisuke's height.

"Well, I better be going, then." They grabbed their (Kōshi's) hoodie and slipped their shoes on before turning to Daisuke with a nasty glare. "I thought you were polite," they sneered.

"And I thought you were leaving." Reiki turned with a scowl and Daisuke closed the door behind them with a harsh push. He turned and deadpanned at a shocked Kōshi and threw his pack onto the floor, plopping himself in the desk chair. "What's with the face?"

"You kicked my partner out!" Kōshi threw his arm up, gesturing to the door. When Daisuke shrugged and turned to turn in the dorm computer, Kōshi closed his laptop and stood in a perplexed flurry. "Why did you kick them out? We were watching a movie!"

"And I have to study, so I would appreciate it if it was quiet so I could focus." The movies Kōshi and Reiki would watch were annoyingly distracted-he would always start focusing on the movie rather than his work thanks to his affection towards cheesy romantic films. (Apparently Kōshi liked them just as much as Daisuke.)

"Why don't you go to the library?" Kōshi decided to distract himself by pulling his phone out and apologising to Reiki by texting them.

"That annoying study group was in there." Daisuke covered his head with the hood of his sweater, tying the strings underneath his chin to keep it in place. He typed his username and password and opened the worksheet his professor had emailed the class and he started working. "They get all rowdy and the librarian doesn't do shit about it."

"Language."

"Your partner isn't here, I don't give a fuck."

Of course Daisuke swore to push Kōshi's button. Daisuke didn't enjoy poking fun at those who were rather kind to him, but something about Kōshi's anger just made him laugh in a sadistic kind of way. He was only rude to people that annoyed him or were rude to him first.

Kōshi shook his head and resorted to muttering beneath his breath as he sorted the dirty laundry to separate bins-one for him and one for Daisuke. This was one of the funniest sights Daisuke had ever witnessed. He never saw a barely adult clean so vigorously while irritated; it reminded him of an old housewife or fifties mother.

Speaking of mothers. Daisuke opened his phone after he finished a question on the online worksheet and he smiled at his mother's simple text message.

mum 💕

tonight because of work, but
i can definitely talk tomorrow!
talk to you then, hunny!!

Daisuke sent her a few hearts before he focused back on his work. Kōshi had finished organising the laundry and was now cleaning out from under the beds, still muttering about wanting to spend time with his partner.
