Kiyo was rushing

Kiyo was rushing. This was an unusual sight, but Komori Motoya was enjoying himself as he watched the individual rush around the dormitory in only her pants.

"-and you're absolutely sure that you don't know where it went?"

"WHY WOULD I BE SCOURING THE DORM IF I KNEW WHERE IT WAS?!"

Kiyo pushed her admittedly-annoying fringe out of her face for maybe the twentieth time just this morning. She stopped pulling everything from underneath Motoya's bed and stood up in a flourish. "Your side is a total mess." She spoke with evident impatience, her tone snippier than her usual almost-airy voice.

She dove for her pack to continue her prowl, but a knock on the dorm door halted both her and Motoya. When they made eye contact, Kiyo practically stuck her face into her bag, ultimately making Motoya stand up to open the door for whoever had been knocking.

"Hey, Kiyoomi. Are you here for-"

A loud thud startled both Motoya and Kiyoomi, both looking over to find Kiyo scurrying to her wardrobe, now searching for a pair of trousers to cover herself. Kiyoomi looked away respectfully, closing the dormitory door behind him as he stared at the wall until his partner had at least wrestled on a pair of tights.

"Why are you so early?" Kiyo was now speaking much softer and Motoya cursed the individual in his head, wondering why Kiyo had suddenly grown so timid in front of her boyfriend when she was just moments away from tearing the dorm mate's head off for something he did not hide.

"It's almost nine." Kiyoomi started toward her, but Kiyo backed away a few steps and the dark-haired male paused. "Are you okay? You look distressed."

"I can't find my-my thing!"

When Kiyoomi simply nodded and got down on his knees, Motoya scoffed and went to sit back on his bed.

Kiyoomi was a great boyfriend, everyone that personally knew Kiyoomi mutually understood that. Even his little sister, who had decided to start a small bet with the older Sakusa sibling-if either one of them got a partner before the other, there would be ultimate humiliation to pay. Amya, of course, would have to suffer, seeing that she still had no partner.

Kiyo got down as well and closed her pack. "It wasn't under my bed or Motoya's and it's not in my bag."

Kiyoomi was quick to smooth his curls out of his face and ducked down to glance underneath all of the furniture shoved into the cramped dormitory. Though there was only two beds, two nightstands, and various other chests to store belongings, and it seemed to be spotless underneath everything except one bed, but Kiyoomi could just barely spot something glint from underneath Kiyo's bedside stand.

He reached for it, unable to see where exactly he was grasping, but his fingers ran along a delicate chain and he managed to drag it out. He has found her thing. He knew what she meant almost exactly when she had said it-her hands flew up to her neck in the small moment she hesitated with her words, motioning that nothing was on her back and that was the issue.
