"I think you dropped this."

Fleur Gianna smiled up at Daisuke politely before handing him the calculator they had picked up from the floor. They turned on their heel with a slight 'goodbye' and they joined Bokuto Kōtarō, clutching his hand as the couple rounded the corner and out of sight.

Why did it have to be Gianna? Daisuke kept walking, trying to keep the sneer off of his face. Kōtarō was right there!-he has to remember me, right? How could he not, I was a manager for his volleyball team, for God's sake!

Daisuke was moments away from kicking the base of the wall just near him as he turned a corner and he glanced at the numbers on the doors-room G21. Why could he not find his damn class?!

He did find the room, but a large white paper had been taped onto the window of the door, blocking the view inside. Study Hall-Media Centre.

The large room next to the library was crowded with students, all chattering and laughing and not studying. The proctor was mingling amongst a group of students rather than sitting at the front of the class. It was obvious that they had let the students do their own thing, so Daisuke was exceptionally happier than he previously was.

Gianna nor Kōtarō were in the room.

He sat down at a random seat, away from the bustle of the classroom, and next to Sugawara Kōshi, his dorm mate and fellow student. "Hello."

"Hey," Kōshi sent him a simple smile, continuing to type away on his phone. Daisuke could not help but glance over at the screen and saw the sickening name of "Rei💕".

"How has your day been? You seemed peeved this morning." Kōshi put his phone down, screen facing the tabletop, and he leaned a bit closer after crossing his arms and propping his elbows on the table. "I don't want to pry or anything."

"The guy I want has a partner and they're all cutesy and shit together."

Kōshi nodded understandingly and sat up straight, now crossing his arms over his chest. "I think that's a tough situation. How'd you get into it?"

"I've liked the guy since third year of high school."

"And he goes here?"

"Fucking everyone does, apparently."

Kōshi laughed at this, though Daisuke was serious. It seemed that everyone was attending their university, everyone that he either wanted to avoid or was a black stain on his memory. Kōtarō was always flanked by either Akaashi Keiji or Gianna, Kōshi was a new small (sometimes) nuisance, and everyone that made at least an initial onto his shit-list was in at least one of his classes.

"You know," Kōshi took his phone back up and opened it, smiling at whatever he was looking at for a moment before continuing-"I'm sure you don't know that many people."
