"Lord Blizzar... are you sure you want to commence with this? Saiyans are rare in this universe now, and you know how it was the Saiyans that defeated Frieza those many years ago... maybe it would be best to let this project go and work on conquering the Earth with the Delta Force." A scientist told his boss, Blizzar... a descendant of Cooler, brother of Frieza.
"Of course I'm sure. What is a better form of symbolism to show my superiority than to conquer the planet of the monkey's descendants than to command a pure monkey, modeled after their greatest champion to break their spirits and conquer their planet?" Blizzar asked. The scientist sighed. There would be no talking Blizzar out of this. The scientist took a vial of Goku's blood that Blizzar's family had held with them for generations and started the cloning experiment.
"The last time we did this test..." One of the other scientist stated.
"The last time doesn't matter. The research to do this correctly has been done. Now watch I play the part of a god and create new life that will forever be under my thumb!" Blizzar bragged as he started to prep his machines for the next step in his and the scientist operation.
"The cells are multiplying... a warrior is being created before our very eyes!" The scientist said in awe as the cells started to form a human shape. Blizzar took the pod and put the forming fetus into a growth accelerator.
"Now remember, Lord Blizzar... we can only accelerate it's aging to the point where it is an infant... if we push on beyond that the cells will get destroyed like in our very first attempt." The scientist warned his master, who nodded.
"Yes, I remember. I am no fool!" Blizzar hissed before he continued to speak, "Now setting the accelerator to newborn status."
The accelerator began to light up and the fetus began to develop at a rapid rate. The people around the lab watched in awe as life was being created. One person looked at this in fear.... if even the creation of life was possible... what could possibly stop Blizzar from taking over the entirety of the 7th Universe?
"It is now time to stop the accelerator." Blizzar announced before he turned the machine off... and now in the life pod that once had the blood of Goku, was now a baby with an exact resemblance to Goku when he was a baby. The body of the baby seemed lifeless.
"It seems we have only made a body... there is no soul that resides in..." The scientist started to say in despair as the baby suddenly opened it's eyes and looked around the lab... a soul was in the clone Saiyan after all.
Meanwhile:
The God of Destruction of Universe 7 was visiting someone in Otherworld when he felt something... unnatural happen.
"T-that's... impossible!" The destroyer gulped. What had just happened? It felt like a soul in Otherworld partially disappeared."You feel it too.... don't you?" The voice of King Kai asked the destroyer.
"I do." The destroyer answered.
Meanwhile:
The new clone Saiyan baby looked around in his pod and people around the lab clapped.
"You have done it, Lord Blizzar! You have created a future warrior for your army... one based on the mighty Son Goku, and now his strength shall serve the Cold family as you always envisioned!" One of Blizzar's soldiers congratulated his boss. Blizzar had a proud smile."Yes, yes. I am magnificent, aren't I? Although it will be a bother to have to raise the child, I do suppose if anyone would be able to successfully turn a monkey into an instrument of evil, it would be me." Blizzar bragged in response before turning to look at the baby who resembled the greatest enemy of the Cold family.
"Now then little monkey... grow strong... serve me well. Never forget your place as simple monkey that is beneath my power, and you will do just fine in this life." Blizzar told the baby before he laughed. Suddenly a man ran into the lab.
