Hey guys! So we are in fact going to do a sequel. It will be called "Fixed and Shattered Again" which was suggested by SHIPPERSATTACK so thank you for that SHIPP! However, I might not get to it immediately. The details might also change but the basic plot remains. If you have any more suggestions feel free to share (For those rereading after it's been edited, go ahead and check out the previous (non)chapter. There's been something added). Thank you all for the support on this and all my other books. With that said I give you the final chapter.

With that said I give you the final chapter

Elias's pov

"Elias? Why aren't you asleep? It's nearly midnight." I turned around seeing the worried blond walk over to me. "I'm not tired." "Yeah, sure. Just like you're never hungry" he replied crossing his arms. 'Can you just shut up and go away!' I wasn't in the mood to be dealing with Jay so I just stayed silent kinda hoping he'd give up and walk away but of course things are never that easy with Jay.

"Okay, I see we're gonna have to do this the hard way." "Wait, what are you-" I started but quit when he picked me off the ground. He carried me over to the couch and just dropped me down. I turned myself over but that was all I could do before he sat down on my back to make sure I stayed there. "Jay, get off me!" "Quit fighting against me and then we'll see" Jay replied giving zero fucks right now. 'Yeah sure. Just break every bone in my body why don't you!'

At this point I was getting pretty annoyed with him. "Jay, you fucking- GET OFF ME!! ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK ALL MY BONES!?!" I yelled. "First off, I wouldn't be doing this if you'd try to work with me! Second, I wouldn't be 'breaking all your bones' if you'd actually start trying to gain some weight and throwing up your food when no one's looking isn't how you do that!" "Y-you guys know about that?" I asked. At this point, he got off me and I quickly sat up.

"Fuck yeah we know! That's the problem! You act fine Elias! You always have but the thing is we knew from day fucking one that you weren't! If you were truly fine you never would've cut yourself! If you were truly fine you wouldn't have stopped eating or sleeping! We want to help but we can't do shit when you keep going against us! I've tried to be nice but clearly that's not getting it through your thick goddamn head! Now, unless you want to get kicked out again why don't you at least try to cooperate FOR ONCE IN YOUR FUCKING LIFE!!!"

The room fell silent after that. Jay waited for me to say something but I couldn't find the words I wanted. It honestly scared me when he got mad and I ended up just hugging my legs and crying.

Jay's pov

I stood there silently watching him cry. It kinda shocked me when he suddenly started crying. I didn't mean to upset him. I just wish he'd let us help him more. I don't know what to do anymore. Elias, though he tries to hide it, is so sensitive so I always seem to make things worse because of my fucking temper!

"Elias?" I said softly not wanting to scare him more than I already have. He didn't respond so I sat down beside him and did whatever I could to calm him down. 'The fuck is wrong with me!? He's been abused by his own parents for over eleven years ever since he was 7 and this is how I fucking treat him!?'

I felt really bad. I pulled him into a hug and started rubbing circles on his back. "I'm sorry, Elias. I didn't mean to yell. I just wish you'd work with us instead of always going against us." "I know, Jay" he said quietly not wanting to let me go. "Hey, it's okay. They can't hurt you anymore. You know that, don't you?" He mumbled something but I couldn't make it out. I decided it was best not to ask.

"Elias, I'm sorry you had to go through all of that but they aren't here anymore and they won't be coming back." "They're in jail not burning at the stake! They'll be back. They're all about playing the long game." "And I'll play along cause I am NOT going to let them hurt you again! You're my brother, Elias, regardless what everyone else wants to say."

I noticed the more we talked about it, the better he seemed to feel so I kept the conversation going. I made little jokes here and there to take the edge off. After a bit, he seemed to be feeling a little better. I wiped away some stray tears and he smiled, an actual genuine smile for the first time in a while, and hugged me. "Thank you, Jay." "Anytime" I said hugging him back. "I love you."

"I love you too, bud, and don't you forget it"

Congratulations, you unlocked the "beloved" ending!💛❤️‍🩹
