Ranboo's POV

"Oh, Ranboo" Philza said in a sigh.

"Is something the matter?" I asked, concerned.

"No i'm alright" He seemed stressed about something. I decided to not push on the matter to not upset him.

"It's nice to see you here even though it's so late", Phil laughed.

I chuckled, "How are things?" I asked

"Decent, I suppose" Phil said, taking a seat. I sat with him. "How about you?" He asked.

"Ah, could be better to be honest..." I sighed.

"Is something bothering you?", he seemed concerned.

"Ah, well I just miss my friends, but I'll be alright." I responded

Philza questioned me a bit more on this but once he realized I wasn't budging we began talking about other things. I asked how Techno was and he launched into a whole discussion about his kids and how each of them was doing, although I already knew about Tubbo.

"And that's why I'm so concerned for my sons." Philza chuckled and looked back at me.

Turns out Techno's new habit as of late was burning things and it really was bugging Phil. I wasn't gonna tell him but honestly that's really concerning especially with how much his brother Tubbo loves burning things already.

I looked down "hey um..." I stuttered starting to sweat a bit.

"Is something the matter Ranboo?" Phil asked, his smile fading.

I forced a small grin "oh well, I was just..uhm..just wondering how you saw me?" I rambled out feeling awkward.

He looked confused for a moment then responded. "Like how I feel about you?" He asked. I nodded confirming his question.

"Well" he smiled "I see you as a son, just like I do Techno, Tubbo, and Tommy".

"Oh" I responded awkwardly "well that's good because I view you as a father figure"

Phil smiled and flushed slightly "aw, thank you. I'm honored".

I nodded and an awkward silence fell between the two of us. I fidgeted with my tie and he stared off tiredly, suddenly an idea struck me.

"Hey, want to go to the bakery?" I asked. The sun was up by now and I was starving.

"Oh, sure thing" Phil smiled. After that the two of us headed to the bakery. What was usually a long walk didn't actually seem so long now, probably because I had company.

For some reason the bakery was crowded so the two of us quickly ordered our food and headed outside. If there was one thing I liked about Phil, it was that he didn't force me to talk to other people and at times could he just a quite and antisocial as me.

We sat outside on the grass and ate. I got a piece of toast and Phil had gotten a tea and muffin.

I nibbled my peice of toast, I didn't eat very fast. Come to think of it it had been awhile since I'd last ate.

I was deep in thought when I heard Philza's voice.

"Something bothering you Ranboo?" Phil asked, taking a sip from his tea.

"Ah, uhm, sort of" I shrugged.

He gave me a concerned look and tilted his head "you can tell me anything yaknow"

I sighed, "well it's just-" I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my head and down my spine. My hands began to shake and everything got a bit darker as the voices started to come back.

Some were whispers, some where screams, all telling me horrible things.

"Ugh, my head is spinning" I whined.

"Are you alright?" Philza asked worriedly getting up and setting himself at my side.

"I'm fine...I-It's just the voices....again" I mumbled the last word slightly.

Phil put his arm around me comfortingly. "Oh I see....well, do you mind if I ask what they're saying?" He looked unsure.

I shook my head "they...they tell me that i'm a bad person and I've done things I don't remember...such and such" I sighed.

"Well, I know for a fact you're not a bad person Ranboo", he smiled.

I looked up at him in disbelief, "do you really think so?"

"I know so, and they're likely just lying", I thought about that for a moment.

"Okay, w-well there's also this one that..it..it's like.....Dream" I tensed up. I didn't look at Phil.

"Dream?"
