Third Pov
It was a long day at the restaurant and Joe wanted to just come home and relax. But what he didn't expect was the whole group to be there surprising him.
"Happy birthday!" They said together. "We know you had a long day at work and since it's your birthday we wanted to surprise you, so surprise!" Miya said. "Thanks, guys." Joe smiled. "Alright you dopey gorilla go and make a wish," Cherry said lightly smiling. Joe knew he didn't mean that insult but he was glad he came, so listening to what he said he made a wish then blew the candles out. "Alright! We got gifts in the corner if you want to open them now or we can watch the movie (Y/n) brought." Reki said. "How about we open the gifts," Joe said. (Y/n) hummed and moved the gifts onto the coffee table next to the T.V. "Which one do you want to open first?" (Y/n) asked. Sitting down with the rest of the group.
Timekip.
After opening all the gifts and finishing the movie they all felt tired and it was getting dark outside. "Thanks guys, this... Really meant a lot to me." Joe said smiling at everyone. "No problem." Langa said. "Good to know that you enjoyed our company!" Shadow said. Yeah he did, and he wouldn't trade them for the world.
