Loralei is a trained agent of SHIELD, and she just turned 16 years old. She let out a frustrated sigh as she stormed into the lab. Her eyes scanned the room for Clint Barton only to come up empty handed.

Everyone was rushing around and Loralei was getting frustrated with not knowing what was going on herself. She knew that it had something to do with the Tesseract, and she also hoped that it didn’t involve who she thought. Her father. Loki.

Loralei’s eyes caught a hold of Erik Selvig who was rushing around by the Tesseract. She quickly walked over to her friend who was there for her. “Erik!” The scientist looked up at the black haired girl and despite the tired and frazzled look on his face, he managed to give her a smile, and the black haired girl smiled back at him.

“Loralei,” Erik greeted as the black haired came to a stop in front of him. Now that he was helping SHIELD with the whole tesseract problem. Erik knew about Loralei being an agent, following in Autumn’s footsteps which made things ten times easier.

“Have you seen Clint?” Loralei says as she lets out another frustrated sigh. Erik chuckled softly at the girl before nodding his head to the side.

“He’s in his nest.” Erik told her and she dashed, finding Clint on top of a railing, looking down below.

“Awe look at the bird hanging out in his nest.” Loralei teased her friend Clint, and he looked over at the girl and let out a small laugh before saying. “Wow. You really got me.”

“So little birdie got anything to tell me?” Loralei asked, a huge grin on her face.

Clint let out a small breathy laugh before glancing over at her. “If you are talking about the Tesseract then yes.” Clint said.

“Good. That’s exactly what I was talking about.” Loralei said. Clint sighed and looked back down at the people below who were all bustling around the lab in panic. “There was an energy surge from the tesseract a few hours ago.” Clint told her, and the black haired girl’s eyes widened. “What do you mean? I thought NASA hadn’t authorized Erik to go into the test phase yet.” Loralei said.

Clint looks at her. “That’s the thing. He wasn’t testing it, Lor. He wasn’t even in the room.” Clint told her, and her eyes widened in surprise. “It just turned itself on?” She asked, her eyes flickering over to look at the glowing blue cube in the center of the room.

“I guess, I’m not exactly sure how that thing even works though.” Clint says and Loralei wasn’t paying attention.

Her eyes were now trained on a familiar eye patch wearing guy walking next to his daughter into the room. She watched as Fury and Felicity walked up to Erik. The three of them exchanged a few words before Erik pointed up at the two agents.

Within seconds the two both heard on their earpieces, “Agent Barton, Agent Jackson report.” Loralei smiled at the familiar voices before promptly getting up and jumped over the railing with ease, and looked back up at Clint who was giving her an unimpressed look. “What? I bet you can’t do it.” She called up to him, and Felicity has a small smile growing on her face. The black girl sorta missing Macy’s sassy remarks, at the moment, steps away because her phone rang.

Hey Felicity it's Macy. Well um Me and Dad built a Stark Tower, and I was wondering if you want to come and have a sleepover sometime, because I miss you. That’s just if pirate let you go, and have fun. Felicity laughs a little when Macy calls her father ‘pirate’, as she does it too, and it’s a joke between the two girls. Well hope to see you sometime, lots of love Macy.
