Adrianna Tonks - Book Three - The Prisoner Of Azkaban

𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 3: 𝓑𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴 𝓘𝓷

Addy woke up on the morning before Halloween. She got dressed and went down to the great when and Ron looked excited. "Why are you so happy, Ron?" Addy asked.

"Dummy. Have you forgotten. It's our first Hogsmeade weekend." Ron said.

Addy sat down and said, "Oh my god Ron. Your such a child. It's not that big of a deal. Yeah I want to go buy stuff and have fun but I've been there before so the only thing new for me Will be if they have more shops or different items in the shops."

"How have you been before if you started third year like a month ago?" Ron asked.

"I thought you would know this Ron since you grew up surrounded by wizard stuff but Hogsmeade is there for any witch or wizard all the time." Addy said after she finished eating her bacon. When they finished breakfast Ron, Hermione, Harry and Addy headed for the entrance hall. Ron, Hermione and Addy gave Filch their permission slips and stood with the other third years that were going to Hogsmeade. Harry asked McGonagall if she could sign his slip but she wasn't allowed. Harry told the three of them to have fun and then they went to Hogsmeade without him.

Ron obviously wanted food so they went to Honeydukes sweet shop. They knew what most the food was like because they got these on the Hogwarts express. Addy got some bertie bots every flavoured beans and two chocolate frogs. Those cost her five galleons, six sickles and nineteen knuts. At 5:30 in the evening everyone went back to the castle with either a suit or dress because there was a Halloween ball tomorrow evening. They would have it every year if it goes well. Addy didn't have a date and Hermione wasn't going. Hermione was gonna do homework and Harry and Ron didn't have anyone.

Addy walked back to the castle and Cedric Diggory came up to her. "Hi. Your Addy Tonks right. I'm Cedric Diggory." Cedric said holding out his hand to her.

Addy shook his hand and said, "Hi. Yeah I am Addy. Nice to meet you Cedric."

Cedric then said, "Yeah... Um... I was wondering if you wanted to go to the ball with me tomorrow night."

"Sure. I have no one to go with anyway." Addy replied. The pair were talking all the way back to the castle until Addy walked to the common room with Harry, Ron and Hermione.

"Do any of you have a date to the ball tomorrow night?" Harry asked.

Hermione said, "I'm not going!"

Addy then said, "Yeah. I have a date."

"Who is it?" Ron asked .

"Cedric Diggory!" Addy replied. Ron looked shocked as he was really popular and everyone wants to go out with him. Addy took her dress to her dorm and then went to the great hall for dinner.

Addy had played quidditch against Cedric before and the first match this year she would be against him. Over the first month they had had at this school this year she had occsionaly seen Cedric staring at her. She also knew that a girl a year older than her did like Cedric. She is called Cho Chang and she is a Ravenclaw. She was popular amongst the school and had quite a big friend group.

Addy was surprised Cedric even knew about her 'cause she wasn't popular. Addy kept seeing Cedric look at her whilst he laughed with his friends. Addy had finished her dinner before everyone so she went to the library to do some homework. The homework was easy and she  managed to do it all in no time. Addy heard a bunch of footsteps so she left the library and headed for the common room with the other Gryffindors.

No one could get in the common room though. Ginny came up to Ron, Hermione, Harry and Addy and said, "The Fat Lady. She's gone!"

Ron laughed and then said , "Serves her right. She was a terrible singer!"

Hermione and Addy then said in unison , "It's not funny, Ron."

Dumbledore came and examined the ripped portrait. "Mr Filch. Round up all the ghosts in the castle. Get them to help find the Fat lady." Dumbledore said. When Dumbledore had got information off the Fat Lady everyone had to go back to the great hall.

Addy ran down with Sky. She sat down at the Gryffindor table. Once everyone was seated Dumbledore said, "Listen everyone. This might come as a shock too some people as it did to me. Sirius Black made his way into Hogwarts. I would like each and everyone of you to keep great caution." When everyone went back to bed the Gryffindors stayed. "Gryffindors you will sleep in here with sleeping bags." When they were already for bed they went to sleep. 

Addy had even seen Draco shocked. No one could work out how he managed to get past the dementors for a second time.
