Despite their truth being out for the town to talk about, the Taylor's troubles were far from over. The night at the Five Seasons was pushed back from the sibling's mind with recent events but that night would come to haunt them as well. The family seated around the table trying to enjoy the family breakfast since the news had spread when a phone rang.

With Cheryl's statement against Nick St. Clair, the sheriff was now getting an interesting fact that might go against any charges thrown at the pretentious boy. But first he need the facts including every person that was present leading up to the moment. This led him to calling parents all over town to get the story straight.

"Sheriff Keller, good morning." Amelia answered the phone wondering why the sheriff could be calling so early in the morning.

Each of the siblings looking at one another wondering if any of their activities might've been caught on his radar. None of them had been angels since finding out about their parents dark secret. What was worse was when Amelia mentioned that he should be speaking with her husband about the matter.

His replies were short as he continued his conversation with the officer. His eyes darting toward his wife making the matter serious. It wasn't till he hung up the phone and turned to them for an answer.

"So which one of you is gonna tell us what happened at the Five Seasons?" His tone serious making each of them shrink in their seats.

Despite only one of their children partaking in the illegal activities, the other two had helped come up with a cover story. None of them answered their angered parents knowing that they more then likely knew what the sheriff had told them. Nothing they could say could cover then from what had happened and how they lied. It was better to face the consequences than beg for forgiveness.

Daniel let out a sigh before turning the leave the room giving a short statement. "Sheriff Keller wants us at the Cooper household now."

The atmosphere was already filled with tense when the family arrived at the reporter's house. Every kid that was at that impromptu party was now in the room with their parents. Each of them shuffling when the blonde's entered the household most likely about the story that had been released.

"Riverdale's best and brightest, huh?" Alice commented once everyone had settled in the room.

"Alice, thank you for hosting." Mayor McCoy stated at the meeting place being in one's home.

"Of course, Mayor McCoy. When I heard what happened at Nick's party, I decided that we should come together to deal with this motley crew of liars, dope-friends, and fornicators. Except for my Betty, who was smart enough to leave the party before it descended into a bacchanalian free for all. But I guess some habits are genetic." The older blonde commented snidely trying to paint out her own child as a darling angel that none of them could compare too.

Even if her facts were wrong and her judgement didn't past anyone seated in the room. She herself was still trying to push past her record that everyone of them knew about. She believed she had painted herself into this refined person who had no dark past.
