Can We Go Back? [ Megumi Fushiguro ]

Chapter 1

"CAN YOU WAIT?!" I stop to gasp for some air that I lost while trying to keep up with the boy in front of me.

"Kelly I'm literally right next to you." He looked behind him before rolling his eyes while shaking his head at me in disappointment.

"Clearly not! Just wait, I think I might have fucked my leg up." I hissed as I touch my now injured knee.

"Let me see" Megumi bends down to inspect my leg now. I could hear him sigh as he touched exactly where it hurt before looking up at me while his lips went in a straight line.

"Owh!" I moved away from him not wanting him to touch it again as he pushed himself back up to my level.

"I think you just reopened the wound you got last week. Come on, get on my back. I'll take you to Ieiri." Megumi squats down a little now waiting for me to wrap my legs around his waist before placing his hand on the underside of my thighs to push me up a little so he can hold be better.

I tapped his shoulder indicating that I'm good which he nodded to before he got up slowly making sure to not hurt me in the process. "All good?" He asked as he turned his head a little to look back at me. I placed my head on his shoulder as I nod before he started walking again.

We make our way to Ieiri's while throwing little insults at each other that we couldn't hold in. "How do you manage to hurt yourself on every mission?" Megumi spoke while he kept walking steadily as if I weighed nothing.

"You're the one to talk. You literally get beat up by everyone." I threw back at him.

"At least I can still get up and try. You touch the doorknob and all of a sudden, your leg breaks and you start crawling and whining about how much it hurts. Oh Megumi please save me" he tries to mimic my voice as he said the last part.

"Megumi, I will seriously beat you the fuck up if you don't shut up" I throw a death glare at him to try and intimidate him.

"Kelly, you can't even walk" he didn't even look at me he just kept walking. The audacity!

Just as I was about to choke him we hear a cheery voice from the other side of the hallway. "You're finally back! How was it? Oh, you good Kel?" We look to our left to see Gojo skipping over towards us.

"Not now" Megumi whispered as he rolled his eyes but stayed right were he was waiting for Gojo to catch up. "Be nice" I whispered in his ear before turning back around to look at Gojo.

"Yeah, my legs seen better days, I might have re-opened a wound." I smiled warmly back at cheery man.

"Nothing new" Megumi mumbled for just me to hear.

"Can you shut up?!" I looked back at Megumi with an annoyed look as I raised my voice at him. "Can we go?" Megumi looked back at me with the same look I was giving him.

"Can you stop being rude?" I bend my head a little as I shrugged my eyebrows at the boy that seems to be filled with attitude.

"I'm just stating facts. Where am I being rude?" A smirk started forming on his lips clearly knowing he's pissing me off.

I wrapped my arm around his neck holding him in a chokehold "I don't think you're in a good position to get on my nerves boy"

"Oh, and you are?" His voice sounds a bit strained from me still holding my arm around his throat.

I kept looking at him without letting go, not ready to give up yet. He started to loosen his hands from under my thighs making me grab onto his shoulder tighter trying not to fall on my ass.

I could hear him chuckle as he griped my thighs again keeping me in place. "Good girl" I could feel the smirk that was forming on his lips get wider knowing he won.

"Okay.... I'll be leaving now." I flinch as I remembered Gojo has been here the whole time. I looked at him to see him running back down the hallway to where he came from.

"You need to stop being so rude to Gojo, he did nothing wrong." My voice is a lot calmer now as I speak with seriousness. "He's too cheery." He tried to defend his actions. "So am I, and you still stay with me." I state. He takes a second to think before responding. "You're more bearable."

"Or you just love me more." I pinched his cheek to tease him but he jerked his face away from my touch out of embarrassment. "Yeah." He mumbled as if he didn't want me to hear it. "Come on we need to take you to Ieiri's" with that he continued making his way to the doctors room.

We arrive at Ieiri's room, She did her thing that she always does when I get hurt and suggested that I go to sleep and stay off missions for a few days to not open it up again.

I walk back to my room alone since Megumi said he had some things to take care of somewhere else. Walking in to my room I went straight to my bed as I instantly fall right to sleep, still with my clothes and shoes on, too exhausted to take them off.
