Rebecca's Summer Romance.

Chapter 3

When we stepped out,pulling the door behind us closed.we started walking still hold hands.walking through the night.The breeze blowing through my long brown hair.

"So.....Austin said enterupting the silence.

"So....I said looking down at the ground.

"How come I never seen you around when we were in school? He asked

"I don't know,I'm not really popular and I'm mostly always in the library at lunch time".

Oh....he mumbled.

We were still holding hands when we came across a bridge. We started to walk across it.The cold summer night, wind blowing.Im walking across a bridge with this handsome guy,I've never seen before. I gotta say this has been pretty perfect,I thought to myself.

We stopped and looked out on to the river.it was Beautiful

He grew closer to me.stay calm Becca stay calm Becca. stay calm

Soon he grabbed my waist and I quickly moved away.

Austin looked at me with a confused face.

"Oh co'mon, I don't bite",Austin said with a smirk on his face.

He walked over to where I was standing and once again he grabbed my waist,pulling me closer to him. We were in silence just staring into each others eyes.

"You have pretty eyes"He whispered in my ear.

I looked away,trying not to blush.

"Thanks I said softly.

Still looking away.

All of a sudden his hand came up and he put it on my chin lifting my face back to over to his so we were eye to eye. He leaned closer in and soon our faces were inches away.

When my phone starts ringing.

"Damn it I thought to myself.

We both quickly pulled away

I took my phone from my purse and looked at the screen and saw that it was Taylor.

"Hello"I said

Hey,Becca where are you I've been looking all over for you.

I pulled the phone from my ear and looked up at Austin "excuse,but I have to take this.

"No problem ill be waiting here",He said.

I smiled,and walked away putting the phone back up to my ear.

"Sorry,Taylor but guess what I met this really handsome guy tonight.

"Omg,who she said surprised

"His name is Austin.

"We'll I'm happy for you becca.

"So where are you

"I'm still at the party,I just called to see where you were,She said.

"Oh,well you can leave without me,I'll see if Austin can bring be home.

"Sounds like a plan,well call me if you need me.have fun not to much fun.

"Haha,bye Taylor.

I hung up my phone and shoved it back into my purse.

I walked my way back over to Austin.

"Sorry,I said as I reached him.

"It's okay.He said

"So....I said instantly trying to break the silence.

"Do you need a ride home?" he asked.

I nodded my head and we started to walk back to Scott's house.

When we finally reached Scott's house,we didn't go in we headed straight toward Austin's car which was around the corner from Scott's. when we found his car he unlocked the doors and then I opened the door and hopped in. Then he hopped in the drivers seat.

We drove in silence.i put my head against the window. I closed my eyes for a second to rest. they were soon opened when Austin announced that we were here. As I grabbed my purse and started opening the car door to get out.

Austin grabbed my arm and he just stared at me in and uncomfortable way.

"What?"I asked

"Nothing you are just so Beautiful"He whispered.

I looked away,trying to hide my face because I was blushing.He placed his had on my cheek,turning my head so that I would me facing him. He leaned closer and our faces were inches apart.Before I knew it ours lips touched. I put my arms around his neck pulling him deeper into the kiss.

Soon I pulled away from him and smiled and said "Thanks for tonight".

"No problem,He said.

I opened the car door and got out,then closed it shut took one good look at Austin and smiled then I walked up the steps,digged into my purse for my keys and inserted the key into the key hole,I heard a click and opened the door walked in and instantly closing it behind me.

I went upstairs to my room,as usual my parents weren't home.i went into my room. I got undressed and put on some Pj's. I hopped into my bed,soon I was sound asleep.
